We really liked this place. Buffet was good. Small but who really needs 500 choices? There was fried chicken, beef stroganoff, fried fish, barbeque ribs, scallop potatoes, mashed potatoes, white and brown gravy, corn and green beans with bacon. YUM! The waitress was friendly and did a great job taking care of us and she made a mean vanilla root beer. We finished off with ice cream. Stuffed and at a reasonable price. We’ll be back!

I’m a truck driver cross country so hard to find good BBQ. Well I have found one for sure got ribs, turkey, ham all full of good smokey flavor tender to boot. Potato salad is to die for I must say. Baked beans are wonderful… I will be back when I’m through the area. Great food a good price.

This is a good eats in a gas station find you’ll love. The best part– open on Sunday with FULLBAR! Not much is open on Sunday in Lamar, but this place is great and packed on Sunday as a result. The BBQ is great and service very friendly. Set within a gas station it is a full service restaurant with a bar counter. Wish I had known about the marshmallow cream on the fries…

A great little café attached to a gas station! The portions are huge and everything is delicious. All the meat is smoked in house and the ground beef is never frozen — resulting in a juicy and flavorful burger. If you order the sweet potato fries, be sure to ask for a side of marshmallow cream — it takes it to a whole new level!
