Woodhaven Lumber & Millwork

My wife and I undertook a huge renovation project about 6 years ago. The project included a new kitchen and hardwood floors throughout the entire house.
During the winter months, we noticed that the hardwood would «cup» a bit on the edges, making the floor appear uneven. We contacted our contractor, who then contacted Woodhaven. After an inspection of the «cupping» problem, Woodhaven brought the manufacturer of the product into the picture.
When the manufacturer ultimately decided that they weren’t going to do anything for us, Woodhaven stepped up and refinished the ENTIRE job in order to make us happy. They charged us NOTHING.
The floor looks fantastic, and we are so happy with the service they provided. I would definitely use them for any/​all of my future projects, and wholeheartedly recommend them.

I give 5 stars to Woodhaven Lumber in the Lakewood, NJ location because this is where I dealt with for obtaining 3 Andersen patio doors to be replaced. My transaction was handled by a Dave Barrett for arranging the appointment needed to measure sizes, type of doors, placing the order, etc. which was completed in a very timely manner.
Upon Woodhaven’s receipt of the doors from the Andersen Company I was notified and allowed to pick up the doors before the installation date so that I would be able to put a polyurethane finish on them which is a GREAT convenience.
On the installation date Woodhaven sent two installers I believe were named John and Bill who called before coming to keep me informed and showed up exactly the time that they said they would. These two guys worked amazingly in sync (like an Olympic event!) which made this job go very smoothly and in a shorter amount of time than I thought it would take. These guys were both personable, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, worked so neatly… and… left the work area cleaner than before they came! The doors look and work great too, no problems encountered!
I have to say I am very impressed with the overall service that I received from Woodhaven in Lakewood and I would like to thank Dave Barrett from the start and John and Bill to the finish. I will definitely be a repeat customer at this particular location.

one of the worst places I have ever called. the girl on the phone couldn’t even hear me due to all the laughing and talking going on in the background. I tried 3x to ask to speak to someone for a quote on a large job and when I was finally transferred it was to there shipping department. great job there doing. I hung up after that because if they don’t want to talk to you and don’t know how to use phones then they don’t deserve my money and I could only imagine the work they do.
