I’ve been bringing all of my tailoring and cleaning here for several years. Always have been happy and the people are super nice. Recently my dog scratched a hole in a couch slipcover. Arhaus said it’d cost thousands to replace the slipcover (s) and i wouldn’t match the fabric anyway. I brought the slipcover to the tailor at Westwood and she fixed the hole and it looks amazing! I’m so excited that she was able to make this repair and make it look great! And did I mention how nice the people are who work there? The nicest people!

Very personable small business where all cleaning is done on site (they’ll show you around if you ask). They have parking in the back and 24 hour drop-​off. Prices are reasonable, and since they do the work on-​site, they do quality work with hard to clean items, like dresses with beading and rhinestones. They also did a gorgeous job of cleaning and preserving a wedding dress – grass stains and dirt from the train magically disappeared, and I was able to approve the cleaning before they boxed and preserved it. The price was much less than I’d expected based on shopping around. If I lived in Lakewood, I’d come here all the time, but it’s still worth the drive for cleaning items of importance!

They did an amazing job on repairing my suit to near perfect condition. I came in with pants that had holes on the inner thigh areas from overuse… Needless to say they did a great job in making a lasting repair and pressed the pants perfectly. Very happy I came here and will be doing business with them in the future. I now have my roommate bringing his clothes here.

This is an awesome neighborhood business. The quality of their work and professionalism is unmatched. I’ve had the basics cleaned and also things w beadwork and special handling and all perfectly handled. I’ve even had curtains shorten and things hemmed and again beautiful work. This is my place to go! There is parking behind the building as well as metered parking in front. Tops in their business.

Westwood Cleaners know their business! I’m very picky about dry cleaners, they are tops with silk delicates and finer clothes that need special attention and pressing. Also very good with alterations. I took a long fur coat there and had it cut to ¾ length. They did a great job and pricing quite reasonable. The brother-​sister team grew up in the business taught the skill by parents.

Not only do they take the best care of my super delicate and expensive pieces, they get stains out and their prices are totally reasonable!
I just brought in a huge bag of both mine and my boyfriend’s clothes, all getting cleaned for just over $ 30. I told him he has to try Westwood. I can’t wait to bring back his clothes in awesome condition and hear, «you were right!»

I took one of my favorite dresses here to be cleaned and have a food stain removed. Hesitant because I literally LOVE this dress, I decided to reciew Unilocal for dry cleaners and decided to try Westwood Cleaners.
I am now very confident in both the service, quality and product of this location. My dress looked as nice as the day I bought it and the stain was completly removed. You surly get what you pay for here. Thanks Westwood!

They greet you with hello and once, when my sister left her stuff their too long, they asked about her. Not in a mean way, just to make sure she was ok.

Aw, I have to write a normal, not funny review of a great local business instead of a soulless chain? Ha!
But really. I’ve been searching for a good dry cleaners (well, mostly for Derek’s work stuff, but every so often I need something cleaned too). It’s important to me that I feel that I can trust the person behind the counter. That’s definitely true at Westwood.
We’ve met two different people there, and both of them were extremely nice and helpful. I guess it’s not cheap, but that’s ok I guess because I won’t be going that often. And they also do alterations, which I’m very excited about since I have to get a bridesmaid’s dress altered in the near future.
And, the woman helped me bring stuff out to the car! I swear I am not begging these people to bring stuff out for me; it’s funny though because three of the past four reviews have mentioned people doing this for me! I guess they see baby and they instantly offer to help. Well, all I gotta say is that’s one of the many reasons I love businesses in Cleveland!

I have all of my dry cleaning needs satisfied here. It is a wonderful family business that gets to know their customers on a personal level. I have never had any clothes lost, or any problems. They have done a few alterations on shirts and pants at very reasonable rates. I won’t take my clothes anywhere else.
