This place is a nice place to do your clothes there’s toy for kids and snacks there’s folks here that will do your wash per pound of weight of clothes so check it out

I love this place it’s always clean and they have TV for you to watch while you’re doing your laundry and the prices aren’t so bad either.

This place has the worst customer service. We came here to wash our huge King sized comforter, and this awful girl who works here comes in at the end of the night and tells us we have 25 minutes before its time to leave. She made it so awkward that we left ten minutes on the dryers and went to another laundromat to finish up. She stayed on the phone while she cleaned, and she refused to let us or my grandma use the bathroom and insists she doesn’t have keys to it. Keep in mind I’m 39 weeks pregnant and have a bladder the size of a ping pong ball, and my grandma is 77 years old and she’s refusing to let us use the bathroom that has a very specific sign that reads ‘for customers only…’ She just continues to gives us a terrible attitude and pretty pretty much yells at me, saying I’m slamming the dryer door too hard? And nearly kicks us out the door before going into her back room. My husband knocked over the garbage on accident cause it was in the way on his way out with the laundry basket full of wet comforters, and closes the doors to all the open dryers in his way with his knees, and then makes a move to go back to pick it up when she comes out the door and starts cursing at him, yelling at him and THREATENING us, telling him she had better never see us at the laundromat again. At this point I whipped out my phone to video record their exchange in case she decided to do something crazy, cause the whole thing was just insane to begin with, but my husband kind of lost it after she threatened us and told her to go F’ her self… so we get into the car to leave and she screams out she’s going to call the police on us for slamming her dryer doors on the way out??? What?
I don’t know if she owns the place, which would make it even worse, but if the owners are reading this and they are two separate people, get her out of here, cause I don’t usually tie in the word disgusting and person in the same sentence, but she takes the cake… Disgusting customer service, disturbing personality. Awful place of business. Just a terrible experience all together and a total bust. I feel totally disrespected. No one in their right mind would treat someone like that or talk to them like she was. This whole experience was just nuts.

Clean safe and friendly. Like watching the game while I do my laundry. Thanks Tyee laundry.

Our dryer went out at home so we took our wet clothes here and I’ve changed my opinion of laundromats. It’s very clean, the Owner is sweet and helpful. The dryers were cheap and super fast (.25 for 6min — double load dried in about 30 and it had blankets and towels).
