Been coming here for the longest! Both of the girls leave my eyebrows super clean and nice. For the price of $ 5 and a tip you get flawless eyebrows. I recommend coming in when there’s not a lot of customers because then they’re not in such a rush with those brows of yours.

First off the hours on here are incorrect they close at 6 on sunday the only thing is that some of the staff is very rude. I understand that you may be busy and what not but they need to be atleast polite. She literally almost pushed me out the door, made me very unhappy and now thinking of not heading back.

First time here today and I brought my guy friend with me to convince him it’s not that painful. There was only one lady working today. We waited for about 5 min and she quickly got both of us done in under 10 min. The shape was fine for me and my friend. It started to quickly fill up with other customers but they all patiently waited which was a good sign. Kinda wish there was another employee working but she was very efficient. I look forward to getting a massage with lotion and cooling gel at the end of the threading but she didn’t take her time to do that at the end. Of course I understand that she was busy but that massage would keep me coming back. I stopped in because of the cheap price for 6.99. It’s very hard to find that good of a deal. I recommend this place for a quick eyebrow fix but nothin too special or fancy about it. I’ll try again sometime and recommend a massage at the end.

I had a similar experience to that of Cindy D.‘s. I was a loyal customer who came in every other week during my lunch break because I don’t live in the area. All the ladies knew this. So I came in as usual & nobody was at the front desk. I heard talking in the back room. I yelled «hello» to alert who ever was back there that I was there. I got no acknowledgement. I wait 5 mins & still no response. I grabbed my phone to call the front desk & see if that would trigger someone’s attention. The phone rang & rang endlessly. Just as I was about to leave after waiting being there almost 10 mins a lady comes out. To my surprise… she had the nerve to scold me for not sitting on a chair to wait for her quietly after she realized it was me who was calling the front desk. I gave her an ear full. Worst customer service ever! She never apologized. I left & never returned. I had recommended lots of friends & this business lost all of us! This place deserves no stars!

Worst customer service!!! I don’t recommend this place to anyone! I’ve been coming here for a while and I’ve always noticed that they are rude but my last experience was unacceptable! I went in to get my face threaded on a Friday after the lunch rush. I was the only customer and the lady refused to do my face because she was the only one there to assist customers! Makes no sense considering there was no customers!!! She insisted I only do my eyebrows and upper lip! Yes she was telling me, the customer, what services I wanted! Unbelievable! Never again. My sister also had an incident with them so that says a lot about this business! I wouldn’t give them a star but I didn’t have a choice. To all their customers I recommend finding a new spot because eventually you’ll experience their rudeness, if you haven’t already! It’s not worth it people!

Okay so I have got my eyebrows done here about 4 – 5 times. I am from the southbay area and I always got my brows done at The Threading Zone in Torrance. My husband and I are new to this City and I decided to try it out since its down the street from our house. First couple of times everything was good other then the fact that they can be pretty rough when it comes to their threading technique. But I decided to go today on a Saturday and get my brows done. I walk in and no hello. Nobody was even in the front. The lady was in the back watching her tv show and eating. I tried to let her know I was there and she saw me but continue what she was doing. I did not receive no hello or ill be right with you nothing! Customer service sucks here. I am not coming back to this place. My husband gets his haircut in the south Bay area so I will tag along with him and go to my favorite spot in Torrance.

WORST PLACE EVER. was looking to get my eyebrows done since it had been long over due… needless to say I was hoping to get them cleaned up and shaped. coming here was a huge mistake! I left with horribly misshaped uneven eyebrows. i tried communicating this with the threader and she couldn’t comprehend what was being asked of her. I am now on the search for someone to fix them. ugh so irritating.

Don’t know her name but she’s always at station 3, wears her hair in a pony tail and is a woman of few words… But gosh darn it can she thread her some eyebrows! I make my way here every other week and it’s been pretty consistent. For $ 5 and $ 2 tip you can’t beat that for some nice eyebrows! Hope this helps!

Wonderful Job! The lady who helped me, did the most amazing, precise job EVER!
I jut moved here from out of town so ones in dire need of a new threading place.
I was a little skeptical at first since it looked dingy on the outside and used to be (or still is) a water store. Lol! Either case, I came here for a threading and that is exactly why she delivered. Prices were reasonable and she couldn’t have been any more precise!
I will definitely be coming back regularly!
