Stride Rite overall are really the pinnacle of great customer service at least in the shoe Industry. They simply lay everything on the line for you and not expect anything back to hopefully, win your business just by simply being honest and not being pushy. I called this place to make an exchange. the girl who helped me LaRisa, she’s exceptionally helpful and attentive. She’s by herself in a very crowded store but she’s got everyone helped, including me, a customer making an exchange. Don’t change Stride Rite, keep hiring great people like LaRisa.

I really don’t know why they only have one star. I’ve been here three times to purchase shoes for my kids and they have assisted me very well. They give your kid the attention they need to get the right shoe for them. They got the RIGHT shoe not the BRIGHT shoe. I was there today and Bob did a great job. I will definitely be back again.
