The lady who helped me was quick & she knew what she was doing. Great atmosphere didn’t feel«some type of way». Recommended to work with her again. I’m not sure what her name was which is a downside.

Sprint’s cut your bill in half promotion is a LIE and a fruad. I switched from Verizon with a monthly billing of $ 45 with tax THAT included 4GB of data(Extermely great plan that I was grandfathered into). I switched to Sprint because of their«Cut your bill in half promotion» and a chance for a phone UPGRADE. The 1st representative that enrolled me stated that my monthly cell bill will be around $ 15, $ 30 for the lease of the new Samsung and about another $ 10 for taxes, which equal to a total of $ 60ish with tax included. Fastword to my 1st billing, it came to a total of $ 112. And this month, the bill is another $ 80+. Visited this Sprint store in trying to reslove the issue and was only told to go back to the orginal store where I signed up. If they promise you something, ALWAYSASKTHEMTOPUTITINWRITING, SOTHEYCAN’T LIE when things like this happened.

Customer service was ok and the knowledge seems minimal at best. I went in to add a mobile hot spot for Internet. The whole process took me almost 2 hours. I was never told my next bill would be huge, we are talking 3x the norm. When i received my bill I went in to return the hot spot. He processed a refund fee, went into the back and talked with the manager and then told me he couldn’t return the device because I was outside of the 14 return policy. The rep told me I had to have an active plan on this device I won’t be using. It was complete BS. I wasted 50 minutes of my time and got zero results. I called sprint in the parking lot, the rep over the phone fixed it for me in less than 10 minutes. These reps need to be better about educating the client of expectations after doing an add on services. I still have yet to receive my refund for the charge of returning my device that they didn’t take. I strongly urge you to go to another store or speak with a sprint rep on the phone. Avoid this store.

READTHEREVIEWSIFYOUARELUCKYENOUGHBEFOREYOUGOHERE. THEYARE A ZERORATING. SPRINT needs to get management in there and do a clean sweep! They do not know their business. Are rude and lack customer service skills. THEYARELIARS!!! Lazy, Lazy, Lazy!!! Very unprofessional! Wake up Sprint. Customers do not trust this group! Go to the store on South 38th street Sprint. They know their business!!! Shame on you Sprint if you do not address this poor management! I will never shop there again and may think of changing my provider since this awful experience. Look at all these bad reviews! Go to 38th street or Tacoma mall. Not worth the bad service and grief this group as to offer!!!

Bryan E. was great. I visited this location today looking to get clarification on order a new phone for my dad. Bryan was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. He not only answered my questions but he advised me on how to get the best deal even though it meant not ordering a phone directly from him. I still purchased accessories from him. Later that day I called him to ask a few more questions and again, he was very helpful. I haven’t had the best experiences with other sprint locations and this was my first time in the town center location. It’s not very close to my house, but the customer service that Bryan provided me was definitely worth the drive.

This certain store has great store representatives. I think it depends on the days you go. Sprint has bad reception sometimes, but it is something you can get used to. Hey, if you get unlimited text, talk and data for a good price, go for it.

If it would take ZERO that’s how I would rank it! Stay away from sprint service! We just became new sprint customers on June 15th. Was pleased for six days till my husband dropped his phone and we went to use the insurance to make a claim. 1st claim in over 15 years using cell phones. Not only were we told we did have insurance but it wouldn’t become effect till the 19th of July? Six calls to «customer service for sprint» and now I’ve been told that the insurance was added effect the 26th of June and nothing could be done? Really? My 30 days is not up so ill bag the three phones I have and drop them off at their store and let them deal with their insurance or non insurance! I’m also fling with the state ag first thing in the morning.

Customer service can be hit or miss. One time I had a woman who was awesome, so awesome I had to call in to the survey line… then there was another time I went in and another woman helped me out and it seemed I was keeping her from doing something else… she must have sensed that things were not going well because she gave me the survey line and told me if I didn’t enter in anything other than 5, to don’t bother! This last time I went in and no one acknowledged me… the location is a convenience but maybe I should try another… I am willing to give it one more try… everyone has their off day
