I agree with previous negative reviews but I wish I could give 0 stars. Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of working with this company for property management and listing the same property for sale. The property management was sub-par at best– communication was poor and the two great tenants that I had over the course of 4 years did not have good things to say about them either. They didn’t communicate that 1 renter moved out and that another had signed a new lease, um hello? The absolute worst was when we listed the unit for sale with the company. From poor communication to laziness and unprofessionalism, Mia was a nightmare to work with. She tried to use photos from 5 years ago(taken by a different agent) to list the property and passed them off as «professional.» She also chewed out and hung up on our HOA manager who was tried to help address a plumbing issue– totally obnoxious and unprofessional. Not only did the company cause a huge amount of stress for me and my family, but they also caused us to lose a significant amount of money due to laziness and cutting corners. I would NEVER recommend that anyone use this company.

This property management company is completely unethical and basically steals from tenants. Whatever you do, do not rent from this company. We lived in a property managemented by ReUSA for 2 years; we did not want to move and we were saving to buy a house; this is the only reason we stayed as long as we did. It took them months to even make simple repairs to the house. The stove was old and basically only two of the burners worked; it took over 2 months to get them to do anything about this. I must have sent 5 or 6 emails requesting a repair. After my inital move-in I opened the refridgerator and the door fell completely off the hinges. My first load of laundry I did at the house completely flooded the laundry room because it was missing a main pipe. There is no way that they did not know these two items were broken. We had to wait all weekend until we could get a hold of them to repair. The move-in inspection was 9 pages long and was hand-written by me; I am not a professional at property inspections so I did the best I could at the time. Upon moving out they sent me a 113 page move out inspections which including hundreds of photos. They noted things like, «a finger smudge on the doorbell.» I paid a $ 1,400 security deposit. We thoroughly cleaned the property hired professional landscapers, carpet cleaner and maid service as well. We provided receipts of all the services to RE-USA. The responded and told us the house was still filthy! This is absolutely not true. They ended up charging us over $ 100 so that they could have the house re-keyed for the new tenants. They also charged us for all these mainteannce repairs over $ 300 worth; items such as broken bathroom air vent, cracked wall outlet and etc. These are general wear and tear items and definitely not over $ 300 worth of repairs. We are taking them to small claims court!

I’d give no stars!!! DONO t use them!!! They had one person that did our initial move in inspection,(the house was filthy!) another person do our move out and then in two weeks when we called to despite our security deposit not being refunded it was a third person that never stepped into the house! It is Dec, we moved out in Sep, and we still haven’t heard back from this company. They will not answer our call, now will they return our emails. They have taken our money and will not provide a detailed itemized receipt!!! This company is unethical and extremely unprofessional! DONOTUSE!

In my opinion this is one of the worst and most unprofessional property management companies I’ve ever worked with and never will again. We were told things in person, on the phone, and via email only to have them change terms, move in date, and rent amount right when we were about to sign. In my opinion we found management to be rude, matter of fact, unprofessional, blame us for issues that even their own staff admitted was their errors, and refute things that were told to prior. Where was the rep? In hiding and never admitted his mistakes or false statements which in my opinion says much about him as a professional. In my business if we make mistakes our employees have to pay for those mistakes, not the customers or our business partners. Worse… we already provided our 30-day notice to move so now stuck in housing purgatory having to rush to find other housing! Overall, you want honesty, professionalism and a property management company who is on your side just as much as the house owners and we did not feel that way at all. We have an excellent track record of renting and to be treated like this was something we didn’t expect nor deserved. $ 70 in application fees down the drain, weeks of uncertainty, and now huge frustration is what we got with REUSA. Usually I put humor in with my reviews but this was no laughing matter. No matter how bad you need the business you should never treat tenants like your a used car salesman.
