My mother and I decided that we were craving burgers for dinner and wanted a burger that wasn’t going to come from a fast food joint. We have been to this location before but this time it wasn’t as great as our last visit. The hostess Destiny was really sweet though. I love when restaurants have a warm welcoming. Our waitress was the same girl we had last time(I’m pretty good at remembering faces), she started off good until our food came. I believe her name was Catelyn. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all so I wasn’t expecting crappy service but at least decent service. My mom actually had to stare at her to get her attention. She didn’t even ask if we needed the check once we were done. Well I noticed our waitress got seated two tables and after that, she completely forgot about us. So instead of getting our bill, we just had to leave the cash on the table. Now, this Red Robin has tablets where you can«call your server» but I HATE these tablets because to me it just feels like the servers can slack since you can pretty much do everything from order to pay. Might as well get rid of servers and just use those! As for the burgers, my mom ordered the A1 Peppercorn Burger which was too salty due to the A1 Sauce and the Smoked Pepper Bacon. But then again my mom thinks everything is too salty haha! As for me, I ordered the D.G.B. which was served on a ciabatta bun with oven-roasted tomatoes, roasted garlic aioli and arugula. Simple but good. A winner for me always is the bottomless fries so the fries got this place 3 stars.

I have no idea what happened in the past few years here. I remember when this place had a great staff, the burgers were wonderful, and the fries were amazing! Now? Talk about a 180. The past 3 times I’ve been here, the EXACT same crap has happened. The staff is so incompetent, lazy, and just off putting it’s almost funny. The hostess was different each time, but one couldn’t count above 3(we had 4 in the group), and tried to seat us in a little two-top, then scoffed when she saw we had 4. Another hostess was too busy snapping her gum and texting a friend, she didn’t even see us walk in. The serving staff is pleasant enough, but there is some discrepancy between the waiter and the kitchen. I have received the wrong meal each time, and when I brought it up to the server, each one told me «no, that’s wait you ordered!» I’ve ordered the same thing for years; I know it’s not what I ordered. Received a cold burger once, received a BARELY even cooked burger once, and was told«sorry, we’re out of fries» once. When I asked what could be substituted for the fries, was told«for additional charge, we can do anything». Come on… I’ve talked to the manager about the issue(s) before(one time I called in to do so and the girl answering told me there was no manager there today; when I pressed, she said she was the manager). They weren’t all that helpful, apologetic, but not helpful. Whatever. I won’t be back. This place has changed, and for the complete worse. Stop hiring incompetent staff, teach your kitchen staff to cook, and start paying attention to what made you guys pretty damn good for years.

Dude just brought me and my buddy some extra fries and ranches to go with. When I first got here I heard some older man have what sounded like an orgasm but other than that and the whack ass people that frequent this establishment my experience was good. You know what you get when you go out to a chain but this place is decent. Bottomless fries for the win! For a Friday it wasn’t that packed either. Mediocre chain with an above average experience.

Good food and can make any sandwich on the menu gluten free which is a huge plus. Food is slow to come out though.

Service at this location is always much better than the store on Bowles. They are always extremely attentive and very quick to get your your food and drinks. Food is always delicious and I love the seasoning they have.

The waiting time for a burger in half empty Red Robin on Wadsworth is cca 30 – 45 minutes(2pm). You don’t wait too long to be seated, but you wait about 10 minutes before someone sees you. Then another 5 – 10 minutes for your water(note: WATER, not a special kind of cocktail). Then you wait for about 20 minutes for your burger… The food is great, but the experience of ignorant waiters ruined it for me. I shall be looking for another Red Robin in Denver. PS: This is not a one time experience. This has happened min of 5 times.

This Red Robin hit me as refreshing. It looked like it had been recently renovated. The menu was pretty thick and kind of reminded me of a Cheesecake Factory menu. There were a lot of food choices on the menu with many of them being burgers(of course). I started off with their fries, which were great and ordered the Smoke and Pepper burger(no bun wrapped in lettuce) which is classified by Red Robin as one of Red Robin’s Finest. After spending 6 months doing a Denver burger tour with friends at work I’ve come across some pretty great burgers. This one could compete in the top 10 and probably come in around 5. As a half pound black Angus burger it is great. It was almost too dense as if it were over packed together prior to cooking. For a national chain this is a great burger though worthy of going back. The price for a great burger is about $ 14, which made me think of the other 4 great burgers in Denver that I’d rank above this one. The good news is there was no wait for seating and the service was great. Unlike boutique burger joints, Red Robin is easy to find parking at and get seated quickly.

They nailed it for me on several levels. They asked what level of pink on the chophouse burger and actually served me a perfect medium well. Waiter was suitably friendly but professional and unflustered with a 12 person group having an audible voice level and patience with the dilly dallyer’s. The burger was so awesome and got me reeling about halfway with its brute size. They must have improved since some of the last reviews and hope they keep it up. I will return albeit with a wad in the pocket.

Me and my wife have gone here for probably the past 7 to 8 years we get the monster burger and split it. and fries and a malt. It is the best deal around hands down and the best burger for the price. We have eaten at lark burger and crave burger and Split the burgers. those bills ended up to be 20 bucks for a hamburger fries and a coke yes one hamburger and we split it. should have been maybe 8 to 10 dollars for hamburger fries and a coke not !20 the best deal in town is Red Robin hands down for the price and what you get!!! Highly recommended for a good quality burger at a decent price.

Well it sure has changed. I don’t know if I feel that it is for the better. Food is still good. But it feels like they are trying to keep up with the Jones, because I felt it use to be a casual fun place to get a good burger at a reasonable price. Now I feel like I am in a expensive burger joint. The menu was fun when it was one front and back menu, Now it is a little book that felt like a million pages.

Not good food not good service, the only disappointing meal from my entire restaurant tour of the Denver area. Go somewhere else.

Our server, Bryan, kept the drinks and fries coming while we waited to meet a friend for lunch. The staff was friendly, the restaurant and bathrooms were clean. It’s a nice Red Robin.

A group of five of us went in on a Wednesday at 12:00. The place was pretty busy but we were seated promptly and also placed our order fairly quickly. The food took a little long to come out but that was understandable considering the time frame. The problem we had was that four people had burgers with bottomless fries yet after our food arrived, the waitress disappeared. The initial serving of fries was so small it was comical. I had a bottomless root beer float and had the same problem, the waitress didn’t bother to come to our table at all to see if we were doing ok. We eventually had to tell a different waitress that we needed our checks, waited another 10 minutes then reminded them again. I finally got my second root beer float literally seconds before walking out the door(in a to-go cup which I was grateful for). The term bottomless should really mean at least two servings, and if your too busy to be able to check on tables you should give a larger portion. Im not sure if they were understaffed or overwhelmed but all five of us will not be going back.

Can’t beat the Tavern Double Tuesdays after Broncos games… or anytime you’re in the mood for slightly more than a fast food burger.

Franci is awesome. She basically made our experience. Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable service(she could sense when my man needed… ok, wanted… more fries, more ranch, etc) though they were hopping, likely due to the Broncos promo, everyone was friendly & on their game. My double was delicious: slightly smaller than their regular burgers & just the right size. He got the bbq burger that was delicious. We of course had bottomless fries(though there is a bottomless salad option for those wanting a healthier option). And Red Robin in general has perfected the boozy shake. I had the Bailey’s(chocolatey delicious with just the right amount of alcohol); he had the Blue Moon… basically an adult cream sickle. So. Good.

Had a great birthday celebration here this time, received a free Banzai burger(always our favorite, the sauce is incredible, even makes the bun taste better!), singing from the staff and a free birthday Sundae! Natasha took very good care of us, when I expressed the four of us like to share our food, she offered to cut sandwiches in half and pointed out whatever sides with a «B» next to it on the menu means«bottomless». We subbed out two of our burgers’ fries for salads, both ranch and honey mustard dressings were good. All the food came out hot, or just the right temperature, as opposed to last time, and were all yummy, even the Turkey Burger! Another reason I wanted to come in was to try the D.G.B, man, was it worth it. The garlic aioli would make your breath stink afterwards but I didn’t even care! Slathered it on my fries and everything, lol. The ciabatta bun on the D.G.B. looked like it would be crusty and tough, it was the exact opposite, toasty but soft. The arugula tossed in citrus olive oil dressing really made the burger«diamond level» if you know what I mean(check out RR’s ad for this featured burger). I should’ve gotten all of us burgers, but was trying to be a bit healthier by ordering the Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Wrap with a cup of French Onion soup. The fillings are awesome but proportion wise, the wrap felt a little heavy on the carb side, or maybe just because the spinach tortilla was a lot chewier than it looked, it was hard to take a complete bite without some of the fillings slipping out. Still, the wrap was a great concept. It was good to see how busy it was at Red Robin that night, I hope they do well so we could keep coming back for family dinners!

After five minutes of waiting tonight, this was going to be a 2-star review. We were told it would be a 10-minute wait, and seeing as how this is Veteran’s Day, and Red Robin offers up their Tavern Double for free for vets, I wasn’t surprised that there was a small crowd. No big. I noticed that the bar was damn near empty(the actual bar), and asked if we could be seated there. We were told that was part of the wait list, so, we couldn’t. But, there was, like, one guy at a bar that seated 20. I looked around and saw a 4-top and a 2-top near the bar that was dirty and empty. Ten minutes later, they still were. This was going to be my reason for the low review. If you know you’re going to be slammed, like you have to know you are when you’re giving away free burgers to vets in a town full of vets, you should have more bussers and wait staff on duty. I still dock them for this. However. We got seated in one of those dirty but ten-minute empty tables, and were waited on quickly. My boyfriend — the vet — ordered the free Tavern burger, and while I wasn’t really hungry and intended to mooch a few of his fries, I ordered the $ 5NEW appetizer of some sort of beer-battered mini-jalapeño brats on sticks… looked like five or six little corn dogs on sticks. Sounded good. My boyfriend is mostly a vegetarian, and had intended to just get the burger to go for me to eat later. When they arrived, they were disgusting. I asked the lovely, cheerful waitress who delivered them if they come with any sauces? She said, no, but pleasantly replied that she could get me some. I asked which they have, and she said that she thought the onion ring dipping sauce would go well. I said sure, and she said she’d bring me some ranch just in case. She was seriously lovely and not at all fakey pleasant. Just made me smile. By the time she brought the sauces(quickly), I realized that these«corn dog» looking things in the menu picture that were light brown and fluffy looking were actually dark, dark brown and barely coated and glisteningly greasy. I told her, and was apologetic, since she had gone to get me the sauces. She immediately took the plate away and accepted that I didn’t want to order anything else. Our original waitress returned almost immediately to also apologize, and I was eating one of my boyfriend’s fries as she came up. I hate doing this — I don’t order water cups at fast food joints to secretly fill them with soda, and if someone else at my table gets«endless fries» and I order no food, I don’t just go all willy nilly stoner on their fries. It’s just a manners thing. But, she not only didn’t care about my admittance, she offered to bring me free fries. And, she did, a little plate of new fries that were fresh and lovely. The wait staff made the night — we left quickly, because by the time we left, there were 20 people waiting to be seated and I wanted her to get a new table, since we weren’t ordering much. We still left her a tip, as we are not savages. On the way home I stopped to get some beer with the leftover, fresh burger in the car and found out that the sweet guy I regularly buy beer from was a young vet and had no idea you could get so much free food as a vet on Veteran’s Day. He gladly accepted that burger from me, and I went home feeling good about being able to pass on a good deed. Red Robin was simply overwhelmed, as it was a very busy night. I look forward to trying them out again soon, and raising this score. I’m sad that we never got an actual«check», since all we ordered was a free burger and waters, because I’d like to call out the waitresses who made the night pleasant and now I don’t have her name. Hopefully, she might see this and know that I’m talking about her.
