Reagle Beagle

I normally only write reviews on restaurants, but this place is so amazing I just had to write one.
After coming back from college and returning to Cleveland, I was looking for a men’s hair salon that would cut my hair in a style to my liking. After perusing Unilocal,I stumbled upon the Reagle Beagle and decided to give it a try.
During my first cut, Anita the owner opened up early to make time for me to come in. I was offered a coffee, after which I was taken aback as this was not ever customary in any hair salon I had been in. Anita proceeded to tell me that I could even order a bottled beer from a relatively extensive selection of craft beers. She then lead me to a room that was a one-stop-men’s-hair-shop, with a coat rack, shampoo sink, and TV playing ESPN all in the same room. Anita was polite and easy to talk to, and most importantly knew exactly how to cut my hair. She offered a straight razor neck shave which is a must-​have if you have never experienced it.
Extremely pleased, I have been back here a few times with my stylist Megan and have never considered going anywhere else. They were also recently named Best Men’s Hair Salon in Cleveland by Scene Magazine, and they truly live up to the hype. If you want a hair salon with great customer service that can give you a modern or contemporary hair style while you drink a beer and watch ESPN, this is the spot.

I just left the Reagle Beagle in Lakewood where I received first class service, in addition to an excellent haircut! My stylist Jordan takes her time and gives the extra attention to detail which keeps me coming back over and over again. I just wanted to express my sincere thanks for a consistent job well done. Fun atmosphere, great beer selection, movie night Monday. After a long trip my wife and I found ourselves around the corner from this place which was open late. Walked in to movie night Monday 10 minutes before the kitchen was closed. We felt very accommodated and were served popcorn/​chocolates to watch movie along with keeping kitchen staffed for our app order. Very happy with the service and professionalism. As for the food, I was pleasantly surprised. Overall recollection, I’d say support this if you are looking for a casual glass of wine or IPA to watch the game, or catch movie night if you can!

Anita has been cutting my hair since the day they opened… Was so happy to hear that she bought the place the last year… Since she has purchased it an already great place has done nothing but gotten better… get the house cut it is worth the money

I’ve been getting my hair cut here for years. I moved out of Lakewood and I drive 20minutes every 3 weeks just because Anita and the girls working here are all wonderful people. If that wasn’t enough they serve you a beer and hand you a remote to the TV while you get your haircut!

Men’s cut average: $ 25.00 average with tip. Tough to find, but good service and helpful staff. ;)

Wasn’t overly wowed, but it was ok. Stopped in for an «in-​between» (trim between hair cuts) and beard trim.
Reservation process was ok. Place was a bit dark but I guess that’s their atmosphere. Definitely geared towards guys, and it’s nice to have separated rooms with TVs to watch during the process (although good luck watching with the «face forward» and all from hair cutting).
Stylist (can’t remember her name), was ok. In-​between was done in like 30 seconds. Beard trim took a bit, was satisfactory but not impressed, mostly due to the fact they don’t shave, so I still had a lot of trimming to do with a razor at-​home a few days later to finish evening things out.
If they outfit each room with a bottle of ‘lectric shave and a norelco, it would be better. Not sure if I’ll be back or not, mostly since I only visit Lakewood now to see family…
