Puget Sound Orthopaedics – Lakewood

My doctor moved to this office January 1^st. What a nightmare. Love my doctor but the office staff are so disorganized. Phone system is a nightmare. Good luck trying to talk to anyone. Very poor customer service. Dr. Jiganti made bad decision moving to this office. Extremely disappointed in service. Would not recommend going there. unprofessional and disorganized mess.

So I pulled my hamstring completely off my pelvic bone. My surgery date got rues hulled 3 times. I was beyond pissed. This was August. 10^th n I’m still healing. The dr was great he was honest with me n upfront. I was only the 3^rd one of this type of surgery he’s done in 20 yrs. everything went well although I didn’t care for his preferred hospital. My only problem is the scheduling staff, I dont know whether they aren’t communicating with each other or what but if they got that together I wouldn’t see any problems.

I broke my elbow ice skating and my PCP referred me here. Dr Sean Ghidella was extremely delicate with my injury and very detailed in his explanation of my treatment options. I choose to have the cortisone injection as opposed to the PT. And although I am terrified of needles, Dr Ghidella was very gentle in its administration. I did not feel a thing. If I have to undergo surgery for my carpal tunnel, I will definitely be back.

I don’t hand out five stars very easily but I have to say this clinic is exceptional. I had to have carpal tunnel surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Thomas in this area of expertise. Here at south sound orthopedics they have their own surgery center, their own physical therapy, their own MRIs machines, and x-​Rays.

I’m new to this area. I was referred to this group after a visit to the urgent care and a cool meniscus tear on a post op knee… Love the ortho dr. I saw. Took the time. Shot me up. I didnt like the several weeks wait while he ordered and reviewed my images from AZ before agreeing to see me. I kept having to call and check in all while in pain. Once in. A shot into the patella. Papers done for work. I’m ready for more knee work… Oh joy.

I decided my shoulder was bothering me enough to want to get it checked out, and so I called the Puget Sound Orthopaedics office expecting to wait at least a couple weeks to get an appointment. The receptionist was business-​like but helpful and was actually able to get me in with a physician assistant the very next morning.
At the office, check-​in was quick and I was called back within ten minutes of my appointment time. All of the staff I dealt with, from the front desk to the x-​ray technician, were very friendly and efficient. The physician’s assistant I saw seemed knowledgeable, and he patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions. The office facility is new, clean, and nice. If I do need further treatment, I would return here (with any follow-​up treatment to be handled by Dr. Coray) without reservations.
