I’m not sure about the experience if you go into the restaurant, but I’ve gotten food 3x and it has taken 2+ hours consistently every time. My second time I ordered, I called the store after 1 hour and 15 minutes and the guy told me off saying I wasn’t his problem and the order would be out eventually.

Not life changing pizza, but it never disappoints. Wings could be better, and they put the dip sauce on with the wings so the ranch is hot when it gets here. The crust makes the pizza though. Great texture and somehow a little sweet. They are consistently good, and blow the big chains out of the water. I’ll take pudge bros over pizza hut and Dominos any day of the week.

We have had pizza delivered from this location on occasion and have never been truly satisfied. The pizza is usually cold and undercooked. The pizza is soggy and wet. When trying to discuss the problem with management the response was rude, dismissive, and belligerent. Last night we thought we would give them another chance after finding or favorite place had unfortunately closed. It was a disaster. The person taking the order left me on hold for a very long time then had no idea what items were on their own menu. After ten minutes or trying to order one pizza and getting no where, I gave up and ordered Chinese food instead. This place is terrible. Don’t waste your time or money.

I have no experience with the other locations which have terrible reviews, but my experience with this particular location was great(according to the flyer I received in the mail, they’re under new ownership). The physical location was nice and clean, and the manager was polite if slightly curt. The pizza itself was not particularly special – it tastes remarkably similar to Papa John’s product, albeit much less like it’s designed to be produced on a mass scale. The toppings were high-quality(pepperoni and mushroom for me) even though they were fairly sparse, the crust was bland but with a nice texture, the sauce was bold and the cheese was quite tasty. What’s most awesome about this place is that you get an 18″ one-topping for $ 10 and a two-topping for $ 11(carryout offers). You probably won’t be wowed, but your stomach will be full, your taste buds satisfied, and your wallet happy that you went with Pudge Bros. over the national delivery chains. I give it 3.5 stars on the basis of my singular experience, and I’m happy to round up for 4 because this is a brand-new location.
