The care is great the teachers are exceptional but the leadership is lackluster. They will not communicate with me with upcoming changes, development processes. The last straw was when my little one had a fever and I picked him up. They provided a statement of illness that did not have the block checked for «fever free for 24 hours» before they can return. They did not communicate any policy and wished me a great rest of the day. The next day they called after an hour after dropping him off to have me pick it back up and they forced that I resign the statement after they had corrected the mistake. This is very unprofessional and this was one example of many.
