Premiere Mint Condition

I could not be more happier with a property management company. I was able to relocated to Colorado, handle almost everything via email and make my move in very seamless. The entire staff is courtesy and looked at my needs. It has been 6 months so far into my lease and we are adding another house for my friend that is moving here. As far as property management companies, I have been upfront with them and they have returned the same communication. I have read the prior reviews and I believe every business will have their ups and downs, however I also think one should take ownership when renting homes.

Unless you enjoy having to document everything and putting $ upfront in order to defend what is rightfully yours.
Some of the maintenance team were sweet and courteous, but most were unprofessional, and would get around to fixing things 2 months or more after the problem was reported.
I lived with two other tenants and only one of us had ever met the landlord. They promised to have a broken window and a refrigerator fixed a month before we moved in and it wasn’t until we had been LIVING there for 3 months that they got around to «fixing» things.
We cleaned and detailed the house for 6 hours before moving out because we had a feeling something wasn’t right with this company. No damage was done and we even invested some basic mulching/​weeding to make it look more welcoming. Sure enough, WELL PAST THE 30 DAY MARK of needing to offer some form of security deposit, they claimed that they had to clean the house and that there was yard maintenance needed EVEN though we had mowed the lawn before leaving and had left the house spotless.
I’m glad we took photos of everything because when I tried to speak civilly with Chris the landlord, he claimed he only communicated through text and email and that he was willing to take off some smaller charges but that they would not remove the $ 250 cleaning and $ 200 yard maintenance fee. He would continuously blow me off and would keep asking for more time.
We’re taking Premier Mint Condition to court for not only breaking Colorado State Law, but for being neglectful, disrespectful, and an asinine excuse of a property management company. I cannot believe they are still running.

I hope to god anyone who comes across this «company,» Googles them so they can AVOID ever doing any business with them whatsoever. All these reviews are what you’ll experience.

This is a business run by slumlord cheapskate Neanderthals.
They rent dilapidated properties and try to rip you off every chance they get.
They don’t respond to you properly or professionally or as stated in your lease agreement.
They try to make renters buy new/​get repairs on shoddy appliances.
Everything is a fight with the people who rent these properties, they don’t give a shit about people or the industry they «work» in. They only want your money.
If you’re already locked into a contract with these losers, I suggest you don’t clean their property when you leave, you won’t be getting your deposit anyway.
They rob you of your deposit regardless.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. First of all, I have only ever communicated with Chris Malley through text messages. I haven’t seen him in person since I signed my lease over a year ago. Although the maintenance staff are friendly, they don’t really fix anything. Basically, they put a band-​aid over a bullet hole. Chris refused to work around my roommate and i’s schedules and would often ask to enter the premises without either one of us present. The carpet smelled like cat urine upon move in even after Chris had the carpets cleaned. We informed him of this problem a month into our lease and nothing was done about it. On more than one occasion, piles of trash accumulated both out front and in the back. Our pipes burst late one night and five feet of water accumulated in a storage closet out back. It looked like the water could leak into the laundry room of my unit. When my roommate informed Chris, he told her to text the maintenance line and someone would fix the problem within 24 hours. Although I know nothing about plumbing, it was clear that an emergency plumber should have been called. My upstairs neighbors and I were forced to shut off the water ourselves and sit on the edge of our seats until the incompetent maintenance staff showed up the next morning. We only got a 25 dollar credit on our accounts for the inconvenience. (This was per unit, not per tenant.) Towards the end of the lease, the shower door fell on top of me while I was bathing. Luckily, I was not severely injured. However, I made two maintenance requests and neither one of them were responded to at all. It wasn’t until my roommate really asserted herself that the shower was then fixed. Chris lied to her and told my roommate that he did not have my number yet I received a few texts from him every month. Two days into moving into my new apartment, I found out that the water and electric lines are not properly placed… The place could catch fire at any moment. As if this isn’t enough, there is a grow house in the back yard and I’m not entirely sure it’s a 100% legal operation. The growers consistently asked to use my water line… And the upstairs neighbors and I ended up paying for the grower’s water bill.
Sadly, because everyone wants to live in Denver because of legalization, I’m sure Chris will find someone else to live in this property that should be condemned. He is getting rich while he watches these properties crumble. He has no morals and doesn’t give a flying fuck about his tenants’ quality of life. PROTECT YOURSELF IF YOU ARE RENTING FROM THIS GUY.

They ended up not taking the «money we owed for the water bill» out of our security deposit because they knew they would go down hard if we took them to court.
Happy as hell my roommate and I got away from them. Horrible scammers!

Absolutely terrible come move out time.
Took my whole security deposit and charged me an additional $ 600 on top of that. I was charged for nearly everything that was listed on my ‘move in’ sheet as an issue, including painting the apartment which I had written permission from the landlord to do.
I was renting my apartment for $ 725 a month, they’re charging the new tenants $ 1200 a month.
You’d think that the increase in monthly revenue would be enough to make them happy… I guess some are never satisfied.
