What did I expect? I went in thinking I was gonna get some wings, but this is ridiculous. The female was asked by a co worker if he could smoke a cigarette in her car and she says… drum roll please… nigga please, really? Won’t be back, and I hope anyone with a lil sense don’t go back either. I hate when people can’t «act» professional while at work. Look at these wings, the commercial definitely fooled me!

Delicious food. Friendly service. It’s Popeye’s, don’t come here expecting something fancy. There’s a kfc across the street. Not sure why anybody would go over there with this deliciousness here.

Waiting too long for my food. and they got the order wrong… so I to wait even longer.

The guy in the drive thru was rude and in a rush, even though there was no one behind me. I ordered spicy chicken tenders. I got regular (bone in) chicken, not spicy. No napkins. The only spicy chicken was in the kids meal and it was so hot my son couldn’t eat it. The chicken was a greasy mess. I will not be back and I hope they fix up this heap.

Worst service I have ever had. This is the third time I have tried eating here, and the third time they are out of most things I try to order. It’s not worth your money or time.

The review above sadly mirror’s my experience. I ordered a #2. Wanted the dinner (no drink) and got charged for the combo. When I pointed this out to the woman working the counter she gave me a hard time, basically saying that it was my responsibility to indicate whether I wanted a dinner or a combo. She spoke to me as if I had gone out of my way to make her life difficult.
Then, there was a seven minute wait for spicy. I ordered white meat and they gave me dark. At least the young woman who did this apologized.
I understand that working in a fast food store is difficult, especially if you’re in your 30s or 40s. But good manners go a long way in any situation.
I give two stars for Popeye’s food, which is consistently wonderful. I’ll avoid this store and stick to the one further north.

Slow service!!! Workers and even the manager on duty was rude. Complains about their customer even though they are the ones who made a mistake on the order. Customers at the dining area can hear them smack talk about the customer who returned the chicken. Never offered any drink for 20 min wait. Missing Popeyes inside the base. :(I would rather go to the one in Lacey by Super Buffet. Great manager, great staff. No up charge for changing your choice on their special. And MILITARY DISCOUNT.

I love ordering red beans and rice from Popeyes, it never dissapoints. Their billboard specials are such a good deal. The only gripe I have about this store is for some reason I can’t ever leave the feedback on the back of the receipt to qualify for my «2 piece chicken and biscuit with purchase of large drink».
There is usually a long queue, but it is worth it!
