disgusting and infested with cockroached and bed bugs! slumlords. worst management i have ever seen. her name is juli. i will highly recommend don’t move that place.

Avoid living here at all cost. The management is very unprofessional and at times down right rude. The apartments are in big need of remodeling. Maintenance is slow to respond. One evening my daughter awoke to a stoned and naked man hiding in the closet under the loft. If you have teenagers do not go here. They are prejudice toward teens and young adults, The laundry rooms are untidy and washer/​dryers are seldom available. This is the worse apartment complete I have seen in my 58 years. I will be reporting them to every agency available.

This place sucks we live there a year stuff Were breaking down and the fixing people take months to fix it and also I would recommed u stay away cause the apartment are bed bug infested

It has taken me forever to write this review. I lived at the pines for a year and it was a great place to live. Anytime I had any type of Maintenance issue it was taken care of within a few days (if it was bigger stuff/​little stuff same day). My air conditioner wouldn’t stay on so it was so hot in my apartment. Funny thing is the air would always stay on when maintenance was there. After a few days of them coming day after day they just brought me a BRAND new air conditioner. Also my fridge went out and they brought me another one that same day. I lived alone and always felt safe there. The police do drive around that area a lot but it made me feel safe at night to know there was that cop out there. I enjoyed using the pool in the summer with my niece. Everyone in the office learned our names since we were there almost every day. The maintenance men were great I believe their names were luis and ronnie (it has almost been a year since i lived there). They were great! Thank you for a great service!
