Panda Express

This place is horrible. First of all the workers are rude and have no customer service what so ever… The only nice person that actually looked like she liked her job was the manager… And she still looked pissed she worked there. Food was cold, not to mention I work in the mall and these people can’t even build a dope 5 minute conversation with other mall employees. I understand you work in food service. But damn! If you don’t like working in food then get out because you’re making consumers experiences miserable. This panda doesn’t even do mall employee discounts.?! All in all. Over priced cold food with bad vibes AND negative attitudes doesn’t win a great review with me. Extremely disappointed with this establishment.

This place is disgusting. I found a hair in my food. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. I will NOT be a returning customer. I pretty much am sick to my stomach the hair has got to be 6 – 8 inches long. Completely grossed out. Isn’t suggestion is to NEVER go to this location. Ewwwwwww!!!

I got great customer service from Long tonight. He greeted me and I was out in less than 5 minutes. Snaps for Long.

The guy and the girl who served us seem like it hurt them to put food in. They gave us too little that this was probably the first time I’ve had a meal in panda wherein I wasn’t full after finishing the whole plate, and to think that I eat less already.

I love Panda but this location is bad. Its not only about food, but overall experience. This place is a failure. No sense of urgency for customer service.
On my visit today my first two choices for a drink we not even available. They forgot to make the tea im sure because it was already 12:45 pm. Then i choose a fountain drink and its out of syrup. I asked about it and the response was «do you want to wait?» Really, its fastfood. Maybe things should just be ready for bussiness. After i replied the worker went right back to chit chatting with the cashier. Uh, i dont know, maybe get the tea brewing and refill the syrup. Nah.
So bad for bussiness. Where are you manager? Your presence is never noticed. Run your bussiness. Ps Brown rice is hardly ever done by lunch time and this is a constant thing.
Needless to say wont be stopping here anymore.

I don’t understand why people complain about the wait time. I work at the Lakewood mall and always feel like the line moves along. The only thing that might hold up the line is when they are bringing in freshly made food. And yes. They run out quick! This place gets busy but the point of my Unilocal are about the quality of the food eaten. Yes I ate my 2 item combo with kung pao and Angus steak. The freshest and tastiest Panda Express restaurant I’ve been to by far.

I wish I could give them zero star. The taste was ok. The brown rice is sooooo hard, seems like not finish cooking. Go to Oki Japan that opposite is better

Shame on you…

This place is excellent the customer service is great the food is delicious the lines are long but I understand why. I recommend this place and I’m very picky so trust my judgment.

My family and I eat here once every week or two when we go to the mall. There is always a good size line and VERY slow service. They are horrible at communication with each other and confuse each other. Today they were the worst. They took so long to tell the cooks they were out of grilled chicken so we had a second line of people waiting for this dish. They also seemed to have a phone order too that created chaos. When the chicken came out they were helping new customers and not me who had already paid waiting for the chicken. From start to finish it was over 20min wait to get food. They also forgot my kids cookie and drink that I had to remind them and we never got fortune cookies. They need more staff, better management and communication. With 2 other Asian places next door we might go there.

Bad service. Sometimes chicken is raw. I asked this worker to separate the teriyaki sauce so it doesn’t get mixed up and an extra sauces. Sadly she continued to not separate the sauce. Even though she gave me an extra sauce. Kinda disappointed.

I have never been to such a slow moving Panda in my life. And the place wasn’t too crowded and it was easily staffed with plenty of people.
First off, they were out of fried rice. How does that happen? Every other Panda I’ve been too sees a constant refill of both rice and chow mein. But apparently not this one. I was told I’d have to wait 5 minutes for a new batch to come out. No thank you. I’d been waiting long enough as it is.
Once I got to the entrée portion of the ordering, it was as if I didn’t exist. The employee never looked up at me (or up from the counter for that matter). She just talked to another employee and filled up my container with what was scribbled on it from the rice lady. That’s it. The only proof that she knew someone was there was when she quickly asked «anything else?»
And then after I got my drink and realized the chop sticks were behind the counter, I got such a ‘are you kidding me?!’ look from the woman at the register when I asked for some. Uh… you’re a Chinese restaurant. People are going to ask for chopsticks. It’s not like people were lining up to pay! (They were lining up waiting to place their order!)
In all, the food was about the same quality as other ones. But the whole process took so much longer than other locations and was such an impersonal experience I honestly don’t think I’ll be back.

This location, is fairly new, I am talking weeks.
So for being new, I checked them out today.
1^st this mall does not attract a gentle crowd, do not come out of your way for this mall.
2. Parking is always available
3, The location of the Panda, is good, very small a few seats but lots of seats in the food court area which is good.
4. The workers do not seem that happy to be there, hi bye is all you get.
5. Food taste good, very hot, and I was offered a sample.
6. Unisex restroom, I just HATE that.
So with the negatives and positives, I would come back.
Best option is to do to go. unless you are shopping at the mall.

The nicest girl… Claudia…she went out of her way to make me happy… and I love their honey walnut shrimp…
