I love Noodles and Company but I will not be back to this location. They were out of meatballs and shrimp and iced tea. I watched one guy drop my food off at a table and then when the guy said it wasn’t his, picked it back up and brought it back over to the counter and then to me… Then the noodles I did get were hard and dry. The staff stomped around like they all hated their jobs as well. Must have been the«C» squad on tonight…

I ate here last night and got a chicken pad Thai and potstickers. They were both pretty bad but I was hungry. A few hours later I had one of the worst stomach aches of my life which in turn ended up being some strain of food poisoning and an evening on the bathroom floor. Don’t go here.

I am very upset! Today me and my boyfriend went in for a late lunch, and it was horrible! My noodles were all mushy it made me sick, and my boyfriends Mac and Cheese was just as disgusting. & our waitress had an awful attitude. We go there often so we know some staff members, we should’ve left as soon as we didn’t recognize anyone, new staff obviously means BADFOOD. I’m very disappointed, I won’t go back to this location ever again…

Noodles & Company is a chain, and as such, one would expect the food to be nearly identical at each location. This one however, seems to be unsure how to fully cook pasta, how to fill a bowl, and how to add more than two tiny pieces of meat to an order. Seriously lacking in food from start to finish. Not coming back.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Absolutely terrible costumer service from the«manager on duty» this morning. I waited 30 minutes for a bowl of Mac and cheese which I never even got because I asked for my money back! He should be fired for the way he handled the situation. He almost refused to comp my whole meal until other angry costumer a chimed in about me deserving a full refund. I’ll make sure to never go back there again.

Surprising! Amazingly fresh. Approached by area Manager Meredith while perusing the menu. She was friendly, informative and really excited about sharing info about the food. We don’t have them in Seattle yet, but will definitely return while we visit Colorado. Thanks again!

Unkempt Dining Room | Vague Ingredient List Unattended tables pepper the dining room. You’ll have to scout for clean seating. Vegetarians beware, your salad may have bacon despite not being on menu.

A nice Noodles near Belmar. It has lots of parking, although there are so many shops in this plaza it is sort of nutty to get in and out. The dining area is clean. The staff was friendly. Nothing stands out as good or bad. It is Noodles, it is a known quantity. I personally love the steak stroganoff and have to make my way over here every so often. The rest of the menu is just so so, but not bad.

Service was great, but I felt completely scammed out of 9 dollars and some change for a Tuscan chicken bowl. I was excited to try the new advertised bowls… NOTWORTHTHEMONEY!!! Very little spinach covered the bottom and it was drenched in dressing. Not going to come here for lunch breaks again. I was disappointed.

Meh. Nothing special, when they get the order right.

Super friendly helpful staff but the food falls short. Two visits here and both times mine and my wife’s dishes have been overly salty and the meat(especially the steak) over cooked. The sauces are also applied sparingly giving the noodles a sticky texture. They also have sandwiches and salads which I have yet to try. I’ll be back one more time to give those a try. Hopefully they will be better and I can bump the star rating up one.

Not a bad lunch. This is the Philly Cheesesteak. It was pretty darn good! All very fresh! Watching my calories I like the fact that on your choices they show the calories of the item. Nice!

4 people in line and then they open the second registrar to help the family that just walked in the door. Once I ordered it took 15 minutes and came out wrong. Go to a different noodles. Management has some work to do here.

I was very happy with our trip here. My husband and I were kind of standing around gawking at the menu trying to figure out what to pick, and one of the employees came around and asked us very politely if she could make any suggestions. I did not feel hurried in any way. She made some suggestions for us and we were happy with the results. Love the big rice krispie treats — makes me feel like a kid again. I do wish the tables weren’t so tightly squeezed together, and perhaps kept a little cleaner, but I do realize they were having a rush while we were there.

Soup, salad, service… what’s not to love? No wait time for an early lunch, excellent food, and fast and friendly service make this place my go-to for a mildly romantic, thoroughly enjoyable experience(that is, when my pocketbook can afford it!).

I don’t mind noodles and company, but before we go any farther, I have to admit that I’m not the biggest fan of the pasta food group. I typically get the Japanese Pan Noodles. There’s something about the spices that are totally beyond addicting. I must complement that. This is why I gave them three stars instead of two. However, beware of the recommended added steak… the price of you’re excellently spiced noodles will go from $ 4 to $ 9 in a jiffy. It’s a good addition, but not the clearest explanation of pricing on the menu. I have one more note about the food. The pasta was drowned in Asian sprouts. The proportion was all off. I’m not enough of a regular here to know if that’s a typical mistake or a one time thing, but it made my dish much less tasty and made me feel like I over paid for my dinner. At most other noodles and co, this is not a problem.

Whoever hired the staff at this location deserves a metal. I came here in a rush on my lunch hour a couple of weeks ago and am SO glad that I did. I explained to the counter dude that I was in a hurry and he actually rushed my order. My noodles were still piping hot when I got back to my office. I appreciate great customer service, so I will definitely be returning to this location.

I like Noodles. If I need a quick meal, it’s always one of my go-to choices. And now that they serve salads, I will be probably frequent them more often. I recently had The Med Salad for my free birthday bowl at this location and have since returned to get it again. Like all Noodles, the food is made to order and the staff is friendly and efficient. However, the parking lot for this location is awful. Not just because it’s busy, but the way it’s designed. That said the location is convenient for me and I am a regular.

I want to love Noodle and Company. The concept is cool and so weird to get Asian noodles next to spaghetti next to beef stroganoff. The fare is just average, there seems to be a bit of a spice/flavor phobia imbued into the menu, and the restaurant itself seems a bit clumsy and tight. Like serving hot food in a Starbucks. Its steady but in general, bland.
