NerdPhone

I recently subscribed to NerdPhone for my office. I have 7 users, plus the function to make calls from my cell phone which look like they are from my office. I can work seamlessly from anywhere! The system is awesome! Colin was a trooper getting us switched over from Comcast — a real nightmare! This system has drastically changed the dynamics in my office because of the routing capabilities. Callers can select Sales or Service and get who they need without a lot of transferring around! The pricing is amazing too. Don’t know why I waited so long! Thanks NerdPhone!

About 4 years ago I switched by business line service from the traditional line to VOIP. I went to a ‘large company.’ While they were a good carrier, when it came to customer service things TOOK forever. I could call or chat and I would have to give them 6 verifying pieces of info to even get my issue started much less solved. About a year ago I switched to NerdPhone after meeting them at an agent conference. I have direct access to their tech team via email, text, and a DIRECT phone #. No social security numbers, secret pass codes or DNA samples needed to get my questions answered! I have enough tech knowledge «to be ninja dangerous» but I’m not a programmer. Colin has been an awesome resource including quick responses to emails and voicemails. NerdPhone also has mobile apps to work with your business system as well as free texting so your clients can text direct to your office phone without getting your personal cell number. They are always innovating and I’m looking forward to what they will come up with next as technology grows. Keep up the great work!

I use NerdPhone for my office. I have 6 handsets, five at my office and one at my home office. The system is awesome! I can work from home and seamlessly park calls, use intercom functionality, answer the phone, etc. I’m paying less than I did with CenturyLink and I have far more features. Thanks NerdPhone!

Phil and his team do a great job providing a very easy and economically efficient solution for business phone systems. The internet capability is an absolutely incredibly easy platform to use. You do not have to be a genius to manage your system with the tools that Nerd Phone provides!
