Best $ 81 I’ve ever spent on a motel! Clean rooms, clean heated pool, and friendly business owners. No breakfast, but there’s a huge Target across the street. For the $$$ I saved, I can buy my own breakfast somewhere else!

Nice and clean low budget lodging. At $ 60 a night you can’t expect much. It appeared that the old carpets have been replaced and upgraded. Room furniture also looked newer. This is truly a no frills facility so make sure you bring shampoo and conditioner. The outdoor pool was a nice surprise. Clean and water temp was comfortable for mid July. For a quick stop before heading up into the mountains, this place worked out just fine.

What a surprise?! We liked this place so much! Clean room/bed, friendly staff, nice heated pool, and store at back. We plan to continue using this should we come back this way. :) :)

The exterior could use some TLC but inside the rooms are just as good if not better than most holiday inns and days inns that I have stayed at before.
I had a last minute trip to denver in the middle of the 08 DNC! no rooms anywhere. the Mountain view Motel had two left at their usual $ 78 per night. they could have easily gotten $ 200 but they didn’t rate hike.
Staff was great… I would have given a 5 rating but the exterior of the place really does need some work.
