I first went to Lou many years ago when I needed my makeup done for a photo at work. When he was finished, I never looked better and he taught me how to apply makeup that is perfect for my complexion! I have lived in Cincinnati, OH for 6 years and order my products online or stop in when I visit Cleveland.
I highly recommend Lusso cosmetics for the quality of all their products and as someone else mentioned, Lou is a genius!

Lou is truly a local treasure. I first went to see him many moons ago before my wedding for some tips before the big day. He made me look great, and I loved everything he had used on me– his stuff is top-​shelf. The quality far exceeds drugstore products for not much more cash, and it’s worth every penny. Make an appointment for a free consultation, and he’ll spend time showing you what looks good on you. I stopped in recently to see his new digs, and he helped me pick out a new eyeshadow in about 5 seconds that was perfect for me. The man’s a genius. Ladies, if you like good makeup, avoid the scary department store counters where they turn out Tammy Faye Bakker lookalikes, and come here instead.
Fun fact: Lou also runs the Museum of Divine Statues out of his building, a shuttered Catholic church, and restores said statues from other closed churches in the Cleveland area. What a Renaissance man.
