Staff was very helpful in selecting a helmet for me. Courteous, kind and unrushed the staff member educated me and helped me find my purchase.

You must be very patient to shop here.
I had what I needed pretty quickly, and went to the counter. There were two guys at registers, one ringing up a sale and the other just talking to someone, so I waited. The order in front of me had a lot to it, so it took a bit. Meanwhile, the talker finished his conversation and immediately started to help someone else, who had walked into the shop while I was waiting in line. After a bit more waiting, an older lady said she could help me. I wish I’d just waited a bit more for the guy doing the order in front of me, as she had absolutely no idea how to run a register. Unfortunately, he wandered off while she struggled with the register. After she made many attempts to charge to my card, not knowing what the prompts meant and having to keep retrying, I tried paying in cash. Even that seemed to confuse her, though eventually she managed to get out of the credit card processing part and just take the cash.
They have a great selection for such a small store, and are nice, friendly people, but don’t seem to have much of a clue how to run a shop. When the talker was through with his conversation, he should have looked for the next person in line. If they have someone who doesn’t know how to run the register, they should train her and have another person help her until she’s figured it out. I guess next time I’ll just go to That Other Place we all know, on Wads. They have a lot more of a big-​box attitude, but at least they know how to accept payment for products.

They have great gear for motorcycles. Good prices, I think. The service is great. They always go out of their way to help me. They pay attention which is rare.

This is the only motorcycle shop I will buy from. I was referred here by a friend that rides and I will never go to the other bigger local shops again. Their prices are really fair and the staff is super friendly, way better than at least 4 other places I’ve been. If they don’t have something in stock, they have it there waiting for me within a few days. I go out of my way to tell my riding friends that they need to go here. I often find things that my bike ‘needs’ just to go and support a great local business.

I came in from out of town to look for helmets. I noticed this shop while going to a larger shop down the street. Getting no help I took a shot with Let It Ride. And I am glad I did the employee was extremely helpful. He was patient as I tried on multiple helmets. He even talked me into a cheaper model. Their service and prices were better than down the street. I plan on going back for future needs!

One of the most helpful moto shops in the front range. If they do not have it they will order it asap and give you great service and a great price.

Absolutely fantastic service! Rob, Coco, Dave are great people who are very helpful, informative, and knowledgable. If it’s your first time in visiting the store ask about any featured coupons or discounts! All the items in the store are already resonably priced

Most important part of this review: They have outstanding customer service. Not overly «sales-​ey» but helpful and informative. Compared and contrasted items in each category of my search to help customize it a bit and match things to my personal preferences.
With that said, a very nice selection; little bit of everything. I do wish they had a few more mid-​range helmets (many were $ 99 which is an excellent price and there were a few Shoei helmets on the wall for roughly $ 400) but then again I didn’t dive in to every helmet in the store. Probably could order you anything you want if it isn’t already on the sales floor.
Very inviting and friendly vibe. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future.

I have been going to this shop since they opened. From the day I first went in, everyone is always friendly and helpful! The selection is good, and they will go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for, even if it isn’t available in the shop that day.
Not only will they go out of their way to make you feel welcome, they always have great deals going on sale items, as well as great prices on non-​sale items. Truly my favorite motorcycle shop.

This is a brand spankin new motorsports business. The people are very friendly and always help to get you what you need. They have a good gear and parts selection. The best thing about this place is that they are open EVERYDAY! Unlike most motorsports places that are closed either Monday or Sunday. So if you forgot to pick up something for your weekend ride, this place has got you covered!
