Lakewood Massage

I came to visit relatives in Seattle. I saw the Groupon for Lakewood massage and thought what a great deal. I snatched one up. When I called to my dismay they were booked up and I would be gone before I could get my massages. But Lizzy worked with me and set it up so here and the other girl who went in on the deal would give me a 90 min 4 handed massage. Excited about a 4 handed massage I showed up with a big smile on my face. But after I got there the other girl was a no show. I felt like I was going to let down I had set my expectations high. But Lizzy gave me a great massage left me feeling great. The conversation was great the massage was even better. I recently returned and called Lizzy. She honored the rest of the coupon and gave me another 90 minute massage. I am very impressed with Lizzy. She has a strong character and great values. I found out during my last massage that the other girl who let me down took the Groupon money they got a split. So Lizzy was giving me a free massage. And had given many other people the same. She will have many return customers. I will be one of them. If get a massage from Lizzy you will go back for more. I give Lizzy a A++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Wow — the BEST massage I have had in 10 years of searching Pierce County!
LIZZY FREY, our masseuse, gets a FULL 5 STARS. she is — without a doubt — as good as it gets! I have heard people, in the past, talk about other massages in other states (etc.) they had received where the masseuse had a 6^th sense in how to help them. They talked about how these people had a gift and you knew it as soon as they touched you. Well, I always assumed these masseuses were folklore … like unicorns or leprechauns.
Now I know they DO exist! Lizzy Fey is one of these gifted people. She has a sense to her as to how and where to work. Most (about 97%) of the massages I have had in the past pretty much have the same routine and rhythm to them. They start on one end … back, legs — flip over, etc. But what about when your back or shoulder is SO jacked up you couldn’t care less about your feet? That’s where a masseuse who does massage simply as a job is separated from the masseuse who has a passion, knowledge and sense to not just the body — but the person laying in front of them, Lizzy is the latter … she cares for the person laying on her table and possesses that sense.
I cannot recommend her enough or give high enough praises to her and her practice!
—* I do need to touch on the actual office/​location as it is unusual. It is a humble place –located off a busy street, behind an auto shop and in (what seems like) an old apartment complex. It is not your fancy-​schmancy spa. It is humble but warm and welcoming. You aren’t paying for the spa name, fancy building, waterfalls or snobby employees. You ARE paying for the best massage you’ve had in a LONG time. your masseuse, their space, and their livelihood.
The location and building — at first would have gotten a 3-​star from me because it is so odd and strange to first walk up to. But I would now move it to a 4-​star. becuase it is clean and very well kept. It is not a full 5-​star simply because this is NOT a spa atmosphere.
The massages cost less than at the fancy spas — but are 100 times better (and some of the other masseuses in this business also work at local fancy spas!). If you are looking for a gifted masseuse (LIZZY FREY) and real help in alleviating body aches and pains, this is where you go – no brainer! However, if you are wanting a spa day with the girls, this is not what you are looking for.
