Kipling Shoe Service

i have never had shoes repaired so you might want to factor that into this review. i took a pair of shoes in to get a whole new sole because they had become so worn that the seam holding the leather part of the shoe to the sole was actually coming apart. anyway, i brought them in and told the lady i needed a whole new sole and she said okay. when i came back a week later to pick them up, she’d only replaced the heel. i paid for the work she’d done and asked her to replace the rest of the sole and she said okay. when i came back, she’d done the work but not very well. the shoes will work fine but you can see chunks of glue in random places and even though it’s the bottom part of the shoe, after paying 45 bucks, i would have liked her to do a better job.
