KFC

Was so looking forward to the 8pc $ 20 family special. Whole family has been craving. Got there and was told no crispy chicken only original or a 25min wait. Agreed to original. BAD IDEA:(Skin and breading so soggy and oil soaked it was falling off. FRIED chicken should be crispy and delicious and this wasnt anything close to fried chicken.$ 22 gone but the craving for juicy crispy chicken with 11 herbs and spices remains.

They pulled the old bait-​and-​switch. They advertise an 8-​piece bucket with two large sides for $ 20, but when you get there and order it they tell you they don’t honor that price and charge $ 28. When you complain to the corporate office they tell you that it’s a national ad and the franchisees are not obligated to honor those prices. They conveniently don’t mention that in the national ad though. Somebody at KFC thinks screwing people once is better than having them come back repeatedly I guess

food here is always hot and fresh, the spicy chicken here is the bomb and i love the mashed potatoes from here. workers were understanding when i said i wanted to wait for fresh wedges. gave me enough sauces for my food.

Not only did they not give me the side I ordered which isn’t the first time, when I went to tell them, the worker actually asked me if I was sure It wasn’t in there because she thought she was the one who got my order ready! She wasn’t apologetic and it seemed like it was an inconvenience to give me the side I never received. When she was getting it, I saw her mention something to the manager and they both kind of laughed and shook their heads. I will never come back to this location again!

Let me start by saying… I love chicken. KFC in my opinion, always is tasty. However this specific place is truly the worst location in So. Cal. the orders are always wrong. Anywhere from forgotten biscuits, to buckets of only legs, you can count on this location to consistantly provide the best of the worst customer service that you will ever encounter.

The worst customer service in the world! The girls who take your order are rude and disrespectful and have no customer service ability at all. They purposely made my order wrong because I called them on their bad customer service skills. Horrible! There are way better fast food places where I can spend my money. This KFC is not worth the headache and attitude you get at this location.

It was horrible I have never had food this bad. The chicken was dry, the crust was well I don’t even know how to describe it. The macaroni and cheese was not like it use to be. This use to be good but I will never go back. I spent $ 35.00 on food that I barely ate. Stay away they have changed and are not as good as they use to be.

Got the $ 5 Fill-​up with the leg & thigh. Chicken was fresh, biscuit soft, mashed potatoes as always, and a chocolate chip cookie. Everything was very good. Service was FAST and courteous.

I went there twice. 20 flies around the soda machines! Revolting! I got a refund thank god. They also gave me an Oreo pie i bit into it it was hard as a rock!

I dont usually like to complain, But tonight I had gotten really poor service in the drive thru. I had asked for no pickles on my chicken little and she said she got it andd of course I had pickles, then on one of my 2 peice meals was very dry or overcooked, just nasty. and usually when you get biscuits I always get butter and honey, I had recieved none. and while trying to ask the lady for sauces, again she kept saying i got i got it, and guess what nothing! she looked like a manager, they werent even busy and she kept trying to push me away… I will be finding another kfc to go to. this is not the only time I had dealt with rude service there.

Very poor attitudes. Reflects on the quality of the food… Been there only five times in the last year and they’ve gotten my order wrong each time and left me feeling like I was inconveniencing them by eating there.

Been stuck in this damn drive thru for over TEN MINUTES !!! WTH!!! Speaker doesn’t work right and had to repeat my order and line is moving wayyyyy to slow!!! Not worth it!!!

It is rare I venture into a fast food Restaurant but today was one of Those days. I remember going to KFC as a child and totally enjoyed the fried fat chicken and not know anything about all the calories and bad nutrition. That’s what I wanted when I walked Into this place.
Boy was I disappointed! I orders hot wings as I felt I could tell if I saw Chicken bones that it was Genuine chicken. They were miniature, fried beyond recognition and dry
As a bone. No fat there!
So I stopped that and order a
Chicken Little. Who remember when they were 99 cents? Well they are $ 1.49 now so I thought it might be a tad bigger. No I was wrong and again over cooked and «choking» dry! No sauces available other than packages catsup and hot sauce. Let’s not mention flies all over the restaurant.
The KFC in Bixby Knolls is not like this one! I wish they all had the same standards.

This was the worst KFC I have ever been to. The service gets continuously worse each time I go and at this point I’ll definitely go elsewhere. The lady who helped us was super ghetto, and rude. She couldn’t get the order right initially at the menu, and at the window repeated it back wrong, and it was super simple. she couldn’t get the cap on one of our to go cups so she just told us she couldn’t do it and let is just hang, instead of using another cup or doing something the employee should have handled. The employees here are half of the issue. When we asked for sauce we asked for BBQ, ranch, and honey mustard. She gave us one of each. We told her we would need more and she said they each come with 1, so we can get one more or one sauce, so something must’ve changed in the past week since I’ve been there because this definitely wasn’t the case prior. This may be policy now but she was very rude, and establishments who start charging for sauce end up regretting it financially. I really do hope reviews like this make a difference for companies such as this. Burger King used to charge for sauce, enough people complained and they do not nah longer, chik fil a got rid of their sauce tower, same situation, it’s back. In the mean time I’ll give me money to other establishments. One sauce for each to go cup? And 25 cents for each sauce after… that’s saving you money as opposed to the money you’ll be losing from all the people who have an issue with this… good job. Grade F.

Would have given less but due to fact that I have to have a star that’s why I gave it one star. Don’t waste time and come here takes forever to place order and while your eating your hearing the conversation of employees irrelevant to work. My brother waited 2 min in this empty restaurant to just get honey and butter packets until someone finally acknowledged him. Please leave the stupid conversations about who’s who and what’s what at home where it belongs .
Other than that the food is ok not bad.

I’m giving this place all 5 stars because well it’s kfc all of them use the same recipes and you can’t really screw that up. it’s expensive for chicken fast food I think but whenever n my Bf go it’s like at closing that’s when we both get home and such and they give us what we order and all this other stuff haha chicken sandwiches, biscuits, salads, mashes potatoes, anything they have extra that’s gonna be throw away they give to us. Yay! Lol

Well, one other Unilocaler after me chimed in with his review of this sorry excuse of a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant, and felt exactly the same way!
I came here again because I had a coupon for a 2-​piece (leg and thigh) box with a buttermilk biscuit for $ 2.00, to celebrate Col. Sanders’ birthday. When I got inside, my «buddy» Norma R. was working the cash register again. I waited my turn while she helped another customer ahead of me.
Once it was my turn, Norma’s snotty attitude came through loud and clear, just like last time. Once again, I got my order quickly and it was correct. Did she bother to thank me as she handed me my order? Of course not. I expected it, so it really didn’t bother me.
As such, my 1-​star rating remains unchanged. Too bad for them. :-p

I’ve been here several times over the past 5 years. Sadly each time has gotten worse. Last weekend took the cake. It ruined a nice sunday picnic I planned. They forgot to include two items from our order, the pepsi was flat and the coleslaw was FROZEN. Sadly we noticed all of this once we were at the park. So if you go there make sure you check your order even if they say here’s eveything have a nice day :(

After seeing the unfried KFC commercials on the tv… I thought of giving it a try. I really don’t like to eat the regular KFC.
The other day at the American Red Cross drive i did receive a voucher for free meal.
Once i finished my errands; I decided to use up the voucher and give KFC another chance…
Wow not bad at all, i really thought i was going to get an upset stomach just lie the original recipe does to me.
Well, I still do enjoy Churchs or Jim Dandy Fried chicken over KFC anytime. But not too bad for KFC.
But you must come by and give it a shot for yourself, you’ll be the judge on this one.
