I could not have asked for a better agent than Kelly. She was so knowledgeable about the Denver market and guided us every step of the way. It’s been 2 months since closing and she still responds within hours if I have a question. She is tenacious, eager and by far the best agent in Denver. You won’t be disappointed!

We used Kelly Redpath this past fall/​winter, and I can’t say enough good things about her! This was not our first time buying a house, so I feel like I can compare her to other experiences we’ve had. After working with Kelly, I realized how a realtor is supposed to work and what I’ve dealt with in the past!
We are new to Colorado, so I was impressed at how much she knew about the area. Not just the neighborhoods, but things that I would have never thought about (houses built on different types of soil, radon, etc.), since we are not originally from this area.
She really listened to what we wanted, and I never saw a house that I feel like didn’t fit into our parameters. She also noticed things in houses that my husband and I might not have focused on, giving us an upper hand while looking at houses.
I would highly recommend using her for all future homebuyers.
