John is a wonderful realtor, especially for first time home buyers like my wife and I. He carefully assessed our needs and suggested areas and homes that were likely to meet them. Through every step of the process he was there to guide us and make sure that we were comfortable with everything. He was never pushy but did not hesitate to steer us in the right direction at all times. He helped us fight the perfect house in a great area at a good price. I had the pleasure of working with John in the Summer of 2015 when he helped my wife and I purchase our first home.
John has a great deal of local knowledge having grown up in the area and was extremely knowledgeable about the home buying process (and its many complicated nuances).
The best thing about working with John, however, was his communication. As first time home buyers my wife and I had a ton of questions. John answered all of them and was always available via text, email, or phone. He was truly in our corner and provided guidance every step of the way. We recently worked with John to purchase a home in Lakewood. As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns. He was very patient with us and helped us understand the whole process. We especially appreciated the fact that it was easy to get ahold of him by phone or email. He always returned our phone calls the same day (even if we were calling to ask the same question for the third time!).
