I had a difficult job with concrete steps in house well over 100 years old. JEM went over the options with me, then did it on time and at a very reasonable price. It looks great and I would use them again.

Jim, owner of JEM Flooring, has replaced just about all of the flooring in my house due to two floods within 6 months of each other. He did an amazing job and his talent even shined through with a couple of challenges he had to face. His prices were competitive to other contractors.
Jim was patient with me and my pickyness and even went above and beyond by meeting me at Home Depot to pick out some trim. When asked for his expert opinion, he was not afraid to tell me what he thought and even provided examples. He never spoke down to me and was willing to educate me on what/​why/​how he was doing things.
I would, and do, recommend Jim at Jem Flooring for all your flooring needs. For the person posting a call request — really? This is not the place. Jim always returns calls and follows up with any issues.

These guys are AWESOME! I had over 10 different companies come and do bids and look at installing our floor and JEM was the most reasonably priced, but on top of that was a cut above the rest in terms of professionalism and quality of work. They came, they installed, they conquered! These guys are a dynamic duo and were able to adapt to our schedule changes and needs and flooring changes and needs. The final product was stunning and they were responsive EVEN AFTER they had gotten the money to questions and little touch ups we requested.
I HIGHLY recommend JEM to anyone looking for the best quality/​price and attitude you can get!

Jim and Tyler did a fantastic job! Extremely punctual, worked so quickly and neatly, very pleasant and professional. They did a beautiful job installing bamboo on our entire first floor including closets, pantry and all the borders and door trim. Our floors are GORGEOUS! When we were looking for installers, JEM Flooring had the best prices. If we ever need to do another flooring project, we will definitely use JEM Flooring again. Jim has our business from now on!

Very professional. Trustworthy. Extremely hard working. After seeing the work Jim completed, I was extremely impressed. The tile cut and placement was flawless, the tile trim and finish clean, the grout perfect. Jim and his wife worked tirelessly and late into Friday to get the job done right.
