Too many other dentist, to choose from. Over priced. Pushes for un~necessary work. Staff was unprofessional. Ask friends to recommend their dentist. Good luck!

I liked her. I got a free teeth cleaning($ 100), she caught 2 cavities, fixed them and that was that. She was nice, straight forward and took care of me with ease. No pain and it was all done in two visits, about 1 ½ hours total! Also no waiting in the front room — YAY!

Jackie was helpful, truthful and quick. Experienced very little pain. Also little wait time. I was scheduled for a free cleaning, got that and found some cavities, was easy to schedule for re appointment to fix. Office Manager also helpful with data on billing and data on how to further prevent harm to teeth.

I received a coupon in the mail for a $ 39 cleaning and exam and decided to try Dr. O’Bierne since my former dentists retired. The first visit, I expected to receive the cleaning along with the exam. The exam was very thorough. Video was taken of each tooth. The equipment seemed very expensive. I briefly met Dr. O’Bierne after all of the x-rays and video were complete. She said I needed to come back so she could study all of the data first. I scheduled the next appointment assuming that I would have my teeth cleaned and hear the results. Boy, was I wrong! The second appointment I was shuffled into a small, room with a salesperson who went over the results that Dr. O’Bierne had determined. The salesperson was beautiful and nice, but it felt a whole lot like a timeshare sales spiel. She gave me a lecture on dentistry and actually said, «The tooth bacteria are pooping and peeing in your mouth.» I spent over an hour in this closed room getting a hard sell about replacing existing fillings that were not troubling me at all, and about adding several crowns to teeth the doctor was worried about. When I asked about when I would get my teeth cleaned, she said I would have to schedule another appointment or two. It seems it takes them as many as six appointments to clean teeth! I have been to dozens of dentists and it has never taken more than one visit to clean teeth. The estimate for my dental work was 5 figures. I didn’t show up for the cleaning(s) because the entire operation seems too money-hungry for my taste. I have since found a new dentist who said my teeth are fine and charged me a reasonable fee.
