I’ve been going to this small shop on and off for the past 2 years or so. I have a bad habit of dropping my iPhones and managed to shatter my screens 4 times within that time! They repaired it every time, same day, and for the cheapest price I could find. Now I’m back dropping off my dad’s iPad. Again, cheapest price. These guys are so friendly and helpful, they deserve a shot. You won’t be disappointed.

I’m disappointed I have to write this review seeing as I was referred to this place by a friend. Unfortunately the experience was less than pleasant. I had a broken iPhone 5c screen, and another iPhone 5c with a broken charging port. I was told they would repair both phones for $ 100. When it was time to pay, a young man, who I DID NOT talk to initially when I agreed to have my phone fixed, informed me he could not fix my iPhone 5c charging port so he’s going to charge me the regular $ 70 price to fix my iPhone 5c screen. There was no consideration on behalf of the young man who DID NOT fix my charging port when they agreed to in the first place. He didn’t even offer me a $ 5/​$ 10 discount for not being able to hold up their part of the deal (fixing both phones for $ 100). I tried explaining my inconvenience, but the young man (who’s apparently «the boss») started asserting aggression even reaching for my phone and almost grabbing it out of my hand. I was appalled. The young man called me hours after the incident to apologize for being aggressive, but my mind was made up by then I will never go to this place again nor will I refer anyone here. I was MORE THAN patient.

Great, professional staff. They fixed my brother’s iphone5, my ipad3, my friend’s samsung4s. Very knowledgeable, reasonable price, and quick turnaround. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service, they as the equipment I was looking for. I had been to 10 stores before I finally found what I needed here.

I just stopped by to check out this store, italk communication, to see if I could get some help unlocking my cell phone, and man this guy, Jesse, was so cool and the shop very nice. He more then helped me and I am very happy with my newly unlocked phone. Jesse your the greatest, thanks again and best wishes for the company. If I have any other needs your shop will be my first stop, phone or computer needs, great service and very knowledgable help. I highly recommend this store in Lakewood, CA on Carson St.
