My wife and I hired Innovative Builders to remove a large tree and to replace about 40′ of fencing in our backyard. Josh was responsive, quickly answered my (many) questions, and quoted us a price that was by far the best we received among many. He was able to complete the work when promised – without additional, «unexpected» costs – and we couldn’t be happier. We recommend Innovative to you, will refer it to others, and Josh will be the first person I call when we need a contractor.

We recently hired Josh to remodel our kitchen and I would highly recommend him.
Our kitchen remodel required removal of a non weight bearing wall, removal of a false ceiling, changing the location of water pipes and gas lines, repair of raised foundation, new floors, etc…
Josh’s team showed up on time and they were very respectful. Most importantly the project was completed on time even though we ran into a couple of unforeseen issues.
We love the new kitchen. I would definitely use Josh and his team again.

I bought a home, closed in mid-​January giving me two weeks to move in before my previous lease was up at the end of the month. In that time, I was looking to have the house rewired and add a complete HVAC system. Josh was able to make it happen.
Everyone involved were great and very pleasant and helpful as we moved through the process and timetable.
The house is 1945 construction and plenty of quirky elements, the crew walked me through trouble shooting and made smart decisions setting me up well for adding on in a few years. When that time comes I will be calling Josh and Innovative Builders first.
I have already referred Josh and his crew to my parents who are needing some remodel and upgrade work at their home.
Very happy with everything, and I am comfortable and confident in my decision to hire Innovative Builders.

Josh did an absolutely phenomenal job on our remodel.
We contracted innovative to remodel both bathrooms and our kitchen, they turned out better than we had hoped, it’s like living in a fancy hotel.
Their workers were punctual and mindful of our neighbors, which being in a small condo community is saying something. They did well to clean up each day and left after the project with the house pretty close to spotless.
Josh was easy to get ahold of for questions and was here frequently, ensuring each step was properly completed.
If we ever decide to remodel again he will be our first choice. Though after seeing the finished product I have a hard time seeing us change a thing.

Lifesavers! Honestly, when I think of all the blessings surrounding the holiday season, using Josh and his crew for my remodel completion ranks highest! I was under an extremely time sensitive deadline and not only was the work completed to perfection, but advisement was given on supplies I would need and recommendations that saved me much research time. The crew is absolutely wonderful. I had several different crews in my home prior to finding Innovative Builders and by far, they are the most respectful and clean. I HIGHLY recommend using them, not looking any further, this is your best option!
To add, my job required some unique jobs, like decorative ceiling tiles. They are amazing at the not so common tasks as well!
