Hair Stop

Jacki is the nicest hairdresser I have ever met! She gives my grandmother a beautiful hairstyle each time — great attention to detail as well as the overall look. My grandma gets a cut, color, perm and style, and she always looks great when she walks out of the Hair Stop. The prices are very reasonable (grandma goes in every week, and it’s affordable for her fixed income). Jacki is also great about scheduling, and her availability meets the needs of the times when I can take my grandma in for her appointments.
However, beyond that, Jacki is a truly wonderful person. My grandma doesn’t drive, so I take her to her appointment. My grandmother is memory impaired, so she talks about the same things over and over or asks the same questions. Jacki is so polite with her, never annoyed or rude.
Jacki is honest too — my grandma could easily overpay and not be aware, but Jacki never takes advantage of her memory problems and always treats her in the most kind way.
Sometimes I have to run errands and can’t stay for the whole appointment, and one time I was picking up Grandma and she had already paid. As we were leaving, Grandma asked «Did I tip you?» and Jacki honestly said «yes, you already took care of it.» A dishonest person would have said «no» and I wouldn’t have known, but Jacki is not like that.
Jacki is so good at her job — she gives a great haircut, but she is also just a great person in general. I highly recommend her and the Hair Stop!

Emo is great and been going to him for 30 years!

Emo? a.k.a. Scissor Hand… the best scissor cut this side of the pacific. Been going to this guy over 2 decade…

Love Emo! He has been cutting our son’s hair for 2 years now and always does a great job. He’s personable, professional and has a great little shop — clean and comfortable! He’s always easy to make appointments with and is really good with our son’s super straight hair! Great service at a great price! Won’t go anywhere else!

Dropped in on Saturday afternoon without an appointment. Place was clean and pleasant. A nice lady named Jackie had me trimmed and squared away in no time – just a regular man’s haircut. I couldn’t have been happier with the way it turned out and will definitely be back…$ 15
