Since I left this review, the owner contacted me and promptly sent $ 15 in gift cards. I have returned several times and the freshness and quality of food prepared has improved drastically. I am happy to say that I can return to this location without fear of an over-​cooked burger or stale buns. The customer service has also improved, which is great! Thanks Good Times for reaching out and making it right.

I had the double burger with wild fries. It was pretty good, I think they put to much lettuce in the burger. Other than that it was good. Next time I’ll order the burger with no lettuce.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice I’m sharing with the internet.
Got food, drove home, no meat in any of the burgers. I called, they forced me to prove I ever stopped by (luckily I still had the receipt) then they said they would credit me a burger in their «book». I came back, they said I wasn’t in the book and I might be trying to steal from them.
STAY AWAY!

I’m not sure what’s going on in this place, maybe everyone is stoned, but lately they seem incapable of getting a simple order right. The last three times I’ve gone here I ordered the lemon Caesar salad and each time they’ve given me the lemon chicken Caesar salad. Even after explicitly telling them NO chicken. It’s not like I’m making special requests the lemon Caesar salad is on the menu. Tonight my husband went there and came home to discover they forgot his sandwich and had to go back and then when he returned I opened my salad to find it full of chicken after the girl at the register specifically said there was no chicken in it. Seriously, get your s**t together people.

The wild fries were crispy and tasty.
My Hatch Green Chile Burger was quite good. You could taste the chiles.
We ate on the patio.
The trash bin was over flowing.
The inside needed a deep clean. Dirty ceilings. The POS terminal was filthy.
Broken tiles.
Service was OK. Not friendly, just OK.
Am not looking forward to a return visit.

The Good Times name and logo makes me think that I’m going to hate this place. I thought it would be a whole lotta garbage, American cheese, and sub-​par fries. Boy howdy, was I mistaken. Their fries are fresh-​cut and delicious, and the green chili cheese fries are the ONLY thing to quench the needs of a hungover stomach. The spoonbenders are wonderful. Not gonna lie.
Service here is spot on, too, and everyone who works here seems genuinely personable, and usually will strike up a conversation. Good deal. When the employees seem happy, that makes me happy and more eager to come back. And I do.
I’m sorry the name of this place is so weird, and it’s a shame the logo screams 1998, but I’m glad I got over my prejudice and gave GT a shot. Yum.

Admit it — sometimes it’s really late and you just need some chili cheese fries. Well, this is the place to come in Lakewood. I was reluctant to try Good Times, since these regional burger/​fast food joints normally aren’t all that good (Rally’s/Rax, I’m looking at you). To my surprise, though, crispy fries smothered in cheddar and Hatch green chili sauce awaited my hungry stomach and I can’t say I was disappointed. The Spoonbenders are a tasty shake alternative, too.
The staff here is also super friendly, which is straight-​up odd for a fast food joint.

We got a coupon for a free burger so we drove here. The deluxe burger was just like any regular burger with tomato, onion and lettuce. Not sure why it’s called deluxe. Drive through is fast.

What can I say, I love their custard ice cream and their seasonal specials flavors. I’ve had just about 85% of the menu and while it’s no gourmet place it’s a decent fast food joint. I’m not use to their flavors so it’s not comfort food like Mickey D’s is to me, but I do go there mostly for their Desserts and Custard. Yum, Yum!

One of the best hamburger fast food joints I have ever eaten at. Ive only eaten here once so my opinion may not hold much weight, but the one time I did eat here I was impressed and if given the chance I would eat here again. The green chili fries were absolutely amazing! :)
