I went to flower perfect to get long stem roses for valentines day for my wife I spent a really good amount of money and the second day of the Roses authority all wilted and pretty much died I want back and she gave me a new batch of flowers they look not very good the healthiest at all they lasted 2 days as well I called her and she said to come in Monday and she would have a new batch of flowers and she would give me another set of flowers I want it on Monday and she only give me 6 flowers and said that I was a very terrible customer and her flowers were good and she didn’t want me to come back I believe that she is not standing behind her product and it’s not very pleasing to be treated like that if I was you I would find a different flower store this lady is not willing to stand behind your product

Came here yesterday to grab some last minute bouquets for Mother’s Day. There were numerous family members of the business owner, ready and willing to help me out. The head florist was incredibly kind, sociable, and provided some of the best customer service I have received anywhere in a while. The florist’s son helped me out to my car. I was in and out in 5 minutes with two beautiful bouquets that my mother and my boyfriend’s mother loved. This is what a small business is all about!!! Support them!
