the service is second to none, all tellers are courteous and professional, the only downside is the branch manager isn’t the most empathetic man, he looks all business and stuck up, NOT COOL. But shout out too teller DANNY AND RYAN they always helpful and positive and willing to help you.

Matthew Tran has been extremely helpful and patient every time I’ve requested his assistance. He helped me greatly when I refinanced my vehicle to obtain a much much lower interest rate. The ATM at this branch denied my card even when the correct information was entered! So, I attempted to go inside to get money but the security guard denied me access inside. I have my money stored (saved) in the bank. The bank uses the money for loans, etc. What kind of bank does this? It was almost closing time — I easily had more than 10 minutes left for a 2 min transaction. On top of that, the security guard said in such words as «can’t let you in and provide you services» This is just disappointing…
