Great place to do business! The woman there, lives on site and you can tell she takes excellent care if the place. She was professional and lovely to deal with, she also got us a storage unit at the last minute and really helped us out. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!!

I have had my unit now for 2 months and had no issues… But they give you referral slips to refer people and receive a discount on your unit and the new customer is to receive a month free… A month ago I referred someone and Bethany (idk if that’s her name but it starts with a B) told us that they didn’t give the first month free because they were a month to month storage facility and would be giving free months without gaining anything… So her second month would be given free. When this month was due we inquired numerous times about this because they were saying she still owed her rent (even though it was supposed to be free and I received my $ 50 discount last month for the referral). She tried to call several times and finally just ended up paying it… Leaving us on the streets with no money at all!
I realized today what happened abs tried to call and ended up speaking to Shannon, who is supposedly the manager at this location. The first 5 seconds I was speaking she tried to cut me off, then she asked me to «hold on a minute abs let her speak» and proceeded to tell me that the free units were only IF that SIZE was available at the time of the rental and that they never had done this before. I asked where this employee was that told us this (because I was told that when Shannon spoke to her she knew nothing about this) and I was told she wasn’t working. Each time we’ve tried to deal with this she’s at another location or off or whatever… I’ve dealt with this girl and she’s not the type to just make up things or tell stories to people! I GUARANTEE if she was there she would remember… Why would I have been discounted $ 50 last month? BTW the fine print reads «offer based on unit availability on new rentals by new customers only. This offer is only valid with the presentation of this coupon upon rental. Offer excludes applicable administration abs insurance fees. Not valid with any other discount offers. Offer has no cash value. Features vary by location. Void where prohibited. See manager for details «nothing about specific sizes or anything… Also they offer a Free moving truck that you can only use on the day you move in, it was supposedly unavailable the day she moved in but yet it sat in the same spot in their driveway all darn day… Good thing we didn’t have to deal with this very rude manager before… Sure won’t be here much longer and DEFINITELY WON’T REFER ANYONE ELSE!
