After going to another chiropractor, who couldn’t seem to figure out my issue and told me I needed surgery. I ended up going to my general practitioner to start the process of getting a referral for surgery. I had a bulging disk and severe sciatic pain. I could not walk without my back bent nor sit comfortably in any position. A co-​worker who saw how much pain I was in recommended Dr. Spallone.
I was hesitant at first because I didn’t want to spend another month in pain while another chiropractor figured out what was wrong. I went and the initial exam was very thorough. During my second visit to discuss his findings and proposed treatment plan, Dr. Spallone explained exactly what the problem was and took the time to show me what he was describing on the x-​rays. This made me feel very confident that he could fix the issue.
I walked into my first treatment bent at the waist afraid to stand up straight for fear of the stabbing pain it would cause. After my first treatment, I walked out of the room upright. My pain went from a 7 to a 4 in a matter of minutes. After each visit my pain continued to decrease and my back became healthy enough to start strengthening it.
After completing my treatment plan, I have no pain and I’m back to doing what I love. Dr. Spallone and his team are amazing and I can’t say enough good things about them. The bottom line is Dr. Spallone saved me from surgery.
