Denver Tux

Denver tux is the only place for a tux. Great selection and the owner was very knowledgeable. He outfitted our wedding and everything was very cool looking. They have been doing it for a while and had advice for what worked and what doesn’t. They were cheapest tux around.

I had a fabulous experience with Denver tux both times my hubby and I have rented from them. They do a great job making sure your needs are met, and are happy to help with any adjustments you may need. they helped my 6’3″ husband try on several shirts and several vests to ensure he got the color, style, and quality he was looking for. I, as a wedding industry professional and owner of a wedding floral business, highly recommend Denver Tux to all of my clients and my hubby anytime he needs to get tuxed up. Customer service is a part of my business, beginning to end, and I believe Denver Tux can carry my high service standards.

My experience is a lot different than the other person who rated Denver Tux. As all of my reviews, I only review after a couple of experiences which is just my own personal thing. Each time I have been to Denver Tux I have been totally taken care of and my tux has been spot on. I’d also like to add that the owner of Denver Tux is a huge supporter of many groups in the community, including Opera Colorado. I do realize that poor customer service is poor customer service regardless of what the company does for the community, and I have never received poor customer service. I will go back for sure and will send my donors and friends when they are going to a black-​tie event.

We used Dever Tux for my brother’s wedding. Although the wedding was lovely, the tuxes were far from it. When mine (best man’s) didn’t fit, the employee angrily took it downstairs, and returned with a coat she assured me was my correct size. She would not let me try it on, for some reason. Well, it turns out that reason was because the coat was filthy, stained with innumerable messes, un-​pressed and had broken hems. Unfortunately this was not discovered by me until go-​time, so I had to stand up for my brother in a messy, smelly tux coat. Luckily, the pictures turned out beautiful.
We (groom’s family, happen to be lawyers) asked for an adjustment to the price. Not a full refund, just an adjustment to reflect the fact that the coat I rented was garbage. The proprietor of this establishment just laughed, and we certainly have not seen any refunds.
IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT RENTING TUXES FROM HERE, DON’T! There are plenty of other tux shops in Denver, and most of them pride themselves on customer service and quality products. Who rents someone a dirty, wrinkled suit just to spite them FOR BRINGING IN BUSINESS and taking up their time with fittings? Idiots who don’t care about their reputation, evidently. Idiots known as DENVER TUX.
