Store left a voice message which I did not get.
Got to regularly appointed time and accepted a substitute staff member Arleen, great service and haircut!

I came here one afternoon to have my daughter’s hair cut for the first time. The lady who cut her hair did a good job. She was gentle with my daughter and was able to cut her hair pretty quickly. She also saved some of the hair and gave my daughter a certificate for her first hair cut. Overall, a pleasant experience.

It’s hard to get consistent service. When I get a good haircut, I try to return to the same person. But work schedules vary, and they don’t take appointments. Yesterday the stylist I wanted was off, but they told me they now take appointments, and wrote my name in an appointment book for 2:00 today. I showed up at 1:57, and as I was standing at the desk, the stylist I had scheduled took another customer before me, from the waiting list. That’s not what I call an appointment. Frustrating, and a waste of time. I went elsewhere and got much better service.

Horrible I went three times, the first two times were fine and I liked it but the third time I went the staff was rude and they messed up my hair very unpleased with costcutters.
