I ordered a peanut butter chocolate cake online and picked it up at this location. The cake tasted incredible; but then I get the feeling it was made offsite and sent to be picked up at the store. The Happy Birthday text on the cake looked like a kid wrote it. I was expecting something a bit more visually pleasing. Next time I will probably order the cake and write the message myself.

Parking is always no prob here. Ok love love their ice cream never have any complaints they make it just the way I like it.
Now tonight’s line was ridiculous !!! Actually the line wasn’t bad but between 3 people helping 8 people in line including me I thought I was going to fall asleep waiting to get my ice & go.
Do you think the people who work there complain about carpel tunnel in the wrists? I don’t know the way they work those spoons on the cold stone mixing and grinding seems pretty intense, but dam that has to ware the body parts no?
I don’t know maybe it’s just me …
Long story short the ice cream was great but the wait ain’t.
I’ll give them an extra star for the yummy but the wait hurt. G’s I need to hurry and get home to enlarge my ass already LOL

Just your standard Coldstone. I have been here twice. Once it was packed, and once it was empty. Service was about the same speed both times. Really nothing special.

You would think that a chain like this would probably know that there is more than one flavor of sugar free ice cream in the world… but no, they choose to carry only non-​fat sugar free sweet cream. It tastes like sweet coffee creamer with a corn starch and sour milk aftertaste.
The staff at this location are slow and apathetic and obviously don’t like their jobs because it shows in their bubbly personalities and the service they provide. I felt bad for them, actually. Plus, there’s absolutely nothing inviting about the atmosphere… very school cafeteria like.
On a positive note, my nephew did dig on the Hawaiian style shaved ice and the rest of my family seemed to really enjoy their ice cream. HUGE portions!

Not sure where the others were visiting, but this store was great. We were there close to closing on a Monday night.
Ice cream flavors = great.
Toppings/​inclusions = stocked.
Ice cream staff = amazing. Seriously, this one girl was a pro. And so friendly.
We ordered some things off the menu, some special concoctions, and everything was fantastic.
They are also spot on on the size you order. Normally you order a «Like It» and it ends up coming in a «Love It» bowl, but they were perfect. Otherwise, they would have had to roll us out of there!
Price is great. Ice cream was great. Overall, I really enjoyed it.
I also gave them a tip but told the girl she didn’t have to sing. For that, she was grateful. :)

TERRIBLE!!! Normally it’s pretty good but last time I was in there it took the guy almost 20 minutes to make my strawberry funnel cake treat. He started helping the guy behind me at the same time & finished his 1st! Sent a comment via email to the owner & received an apology & promise of free coupons… never got them. Doubtful I will ever go back. Btw, funnel cake was only decent & had to ask the guy to add half the ingredients.

This is a great place for ice cream. I voiced my disappointment sometime last year at my dismay they would stop cinnamon flavored ice cream. I used to get one bucket of it plain and one with chocolate chips it was probably the best thing since sliced bread. When I originally saw it was missing from the bin I was told they keep some in the back and the owner of this store likes the cinnamon flavor so they keep some on hand. Worked very well for a few months and than it stopped being around and having it mixed wasn’t the same. Still a great place for ice cream and generally it isn’t that bad of a wait. If you can get the cinnamon flavor you should try it, I also like the Oreo overload. Great selection and in the past very cheerful staff I haven’t visited in just over 6 months though so it could have changed.

How should I put this? I walk in, feeling as giddy as a child eying all the yummy flavors of Coldstone delight. Out walks the biggest douche I’ve ever seen.
It was like being a little kid, running up to an ice cream truck with this big smile on your face and peeking over the window… only to discover Hannibal Lecter staring right back at you.
The ice cream was almost worth it, though.
