Choice Image

I ordered t-​shirts for my unit at the hospital… everyone loves these shirts. They look great and so they requested a second order. I sent the exact art work over (digitally) and it still cost me $ 30.00. I have to say I’ve also been really disappointed with the customer service at Choice Image. They have all been nice enough to deal with on the phone but in terms of returning calls, emails and making me feel that I am important I would give them a ³⁄₁₀. I realize that my order was small… a total of about 60 t-​shirts in two orders… but honestly, they do not follow up. They say they will call and they don’t. I never even received the second order invoice and when I bought and paid for the t-​shirts it was wrong. So I called to let them know… I was told they would get right back to me. Three business days later… nothing. I would not recommend them in the future to anyone who asks about the tshirts which is really disappointing because I have not recieved the first apology or attempt to correct this. Two orders later… it hasnt been a bit different. I will not be recommending Choice Image to anyone here at the hospital which is a shame because I love to support the locals.
