I love me some Chick-​fil-​A.
I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience at one. Wait a second, they forgot my fries at a location years ago. Then comped me a free meal when I inquired about them.
This location has the usual smiling and pleasant staff. But they were smiling and pleasant at 6:30am on a Saturday morning, and a VERY busy morning in their drive-​thru at that!
They accommodated 4 special-​ordered breakfast meals, adding eggs and cheese easily.
They are a great quick breakfast spot to hit up before making the trek up the mountain to go hit the slopes.

How do I love thee? Let me count the ways…
Seriously, I love to patronize a business with such standards as Chick-​fil-​A. I respect they are closed on Sunday. I love he quality of food they drive for and their customer service for fast food is really hard to match. They go above and beyond seriously.

Great food and very fast service. I love coming to this location because they are always quick and have never messed up my order. Perfect when you’re in a hurry.

I did something crazy and ordered 100 Chick-​Fil-​A biscuits for an event. The managers were very kind and accommodating to get such a larger order done over the next 24 hours. In the end, everything was packaged well and people I gave these to were glad to have it in the morning.
If you’re going to do something crazy like me and place a large order, make sure you call them at least 24 hours ahead of time. They actually had to get additional staff members to accomplish my order.

Solid and happy fast food with a dash of «my pleasure» which is nice. The workers are respectful and I don’t feel overwhelmed with incompetence. I enjoy coming here for the prompt service and the food is great besides Sundays because it’s not open. The breakfast is highly recommended as it beats any other fast food breakfast hands down. The area is very clean and lots of space the drive through is behind the restaurant so you feel like you have a bit of privacy while waiting on your food in the car. The water is good as well do not be afraid to order it as it is the best drink you can have with no calories.
The parking lot is also big and spacy with no problems even for those who have a sizable automobile. The bathroom is also a place you can trust if you have to go!

It just depends who is working that day. I usually have a good time here. Staff are great food is great. Bathrooms are surprisingly clean too! I love how friendly and smiley the faces are when I walk through those doors.

Service was excellent even though they were pretty busy. Food was tasty, cheese wasn’t melted to the spicy chicken which if the chicken was hot enough you’d think it would melt. Waffle fries were hot and tasty when you add some salt. The lemonade was delicious. Diet and regular. We’ll definitely be coming back to this location.

The cheerful and engaging young lady taking the orders made all the difference. She seemed genuinely happy to be doing her job, recommended a less expensive alternative to our original request, and – in combination with quick service and good food – gave us something to smile about. Absolutely excellent experience!

Now these guys listen! You want your food perfect, go to this location. They listen to their customers… My food is always perfect and when it’s not the make it right and go above and beyond to make you feel better about coming back… Food is GREAT!!!

You might wonder how a fast food joint would earn 5 stars. However, as someone who lived in Hawaii almost my whole life, I’ve never even stepped foot in a chick-​fil-​a before. I had no idea what I was missing.
The menu includes breakfast, both fried and grilled chicken sandwiches, nuggets and strips, salads and even chicken salad sandwiches. They also have great lemonade!
I ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich (deluxe meaning it comes with lettuce and tomato) and a lemonade. I liked that the sandwiches don’t come with sauce slathered on them. Instead, you can choose from a good variety of sauces from ranch, to honey mustard and… Polynesian. *facepalm* what does that even mean?! Having actually lived in Hawaii (part of he Polynesian triangle) I was a little confused. I tried to rack my brain trying to think of what kind of iconic sauces we have and drew a blank. Apparently it’s sweet chili sauce… which is not Polynesian at all. Maybe they should call it Thai sauce, since sweet chili sauce is more common in Thai cuisine than in Polynesian cuisine…
Ok anyway, the sandwich was delicious, as were the waffle fries and lemonade. If you eat in, you’ll be met with great customer service (they will bring out your food, clear your tables and refill your drinks!). The eating area is also very clean and has nice booths.
Now if only they’ll open a chick-​fil-​a in Hawaii :) they’ll have to rename the «Polynesian» sauce though.,.

I rarely leave reviews for fast food restaurants because really, what’s the point? People go to them cause they’re hungry and its quick. That said, this establishment goes above and beyond each and every time I visit. Every employee has a pleasant attitude. Sometimes to the point of reminding me of how crappy my attitude is:) the food presentation is literally exactly like what you see in a commercial. Never gotten an order wrong, never met a rude staff member, never sat at a dirty table. Heck, I don’t think I’ve ever been able to clean my own tray. Someone always walks up and takes it from me. You’d swear this particular location was their flagship store. Kudos.

I am a restaurant manager back in Grand Rapids MI, and I have never seen customer service like that before! Absolutely amazing, very professional and friendly… Management and training must be on point there! Also a shout out to the uniforms, from head to toe uniform was on point, excellent establishment and excellent food as well! -«my pleasure»

These workers are friendly, they’re polite and make sure you’re served well.
Lines are a bit slow moving but maybe that was just because of certain days or something. Not a big deal.
The play area isn’t so great. My kids don’t enjoy it because other parents let their kids shriek too much. Pipe down. That docked a star but that’s not really a fault of the company. But it does sour the experience a bit.
I love the grilled chicken nuggets. Their fries are great tasting. They look like lattice. Or waffles.

Man I love fried chicken. Tasty sandwich! They have grilled chicken for you health nuts.

Best service I have had in weeks. I’ve even been to Mt. Fuji recently. I was very impressed

If you’re comparing this to other fast food spots, it’s much better. It’s wonderful to be able to go into a fast food restaurant where the service remains a priority, friendliness is important and all staff members are caring and courteous. Competitors should use this as a model for how to get customers to return.
Fortunately, the food is a step above most competitors, too. Seriously, who would ever go to McDonald’s again after eating here? I can’t imagine anyone. The spicy chicken sandwich is awesome and you can sub the fries for a fresh, crisp green salad with dressing that tastes as good as homemade restaurant style stuff.
This is one of the few fast food places I’ll go to, period. And, it’s great for kids, too.

A wow customer service experience.
We were eating inside at the same long table as Melissa, an employee. She struck up a conversation and also spoke to our 15 month old, who smiled at her.
Before she left she offered our toddler a Chik fil A toy and remembered her name after only hearing it once.

Very clean establishment. We love the extra spicy chicken sandwich, lemonade, and chicken noodle soup (salads are very fresh too).

4 stars for customer service. I’ve only been through the drive through, and the employees are consistently courteous. The first time I went here, they gave me the wrong order size (chicken nuggets vs chicken strips). I called and the manager was very apologetic. I came back later that day and went through the drive through. The window person was very nice and apologetic about the wrong order. It actually seems like they care, which seems to be a rarity these days. I am still kinda curious why there was an employee standing outside between the speaker and the window. It was hot out there and I can’t tell if he was actually doing anything. Although this place can get pricey, I will probably come back.

No different from any other Chick-​Fil-​A I’ve been to. Friendly service when we went through the drive thru.
However the parking can be a mess. We went on a Saturday and couldn’t find anywhere to park. I’ve tried to park in the same lot for businesses close by on a week day and had the same issue. Just be aware the parking can be tough during busy times. Busy shopping district with too many businesses for the parking available!
