Had some late night craving for some nachos and decided to venture out to Carl’s Jr. This location was my second option. The first Carl’s Jr I visited wasn’t accepting cards so I Unilocaled for other 24 hour locations. This one popped up. When I arrived I noticed the order screen was black and thought that was strange, so assumed they might be closed. Then I noticed«OPEN24HOURS» plastered on the building. Before I could order I was greeted by the worker on the intercom and she asked if I wanted to try some new mushroom burger. I declined and placed my order. There was silence on the other end. I waited a minute and finally decided to say«hello». Nothing. I attempted again. NO response. I decided to drive up the payment window. I sat there for another minute waiting for an employee to come. No one came. There was no one even inside. I don’t know who’s idea it was but they basically prerecorded a message and made it seem like someone was there. I wasted my gas and time. If they aren’t 24 hours they shouldn’t be misleading customers.

So done with this place. I’ll just drive an extra 5 minutes and go to another Carl’s because they can NEVER get my order right. I always get a plain cheeseburger. They always put something on it. And today my fries were cold. I’m just done with the crappy service.

To start off with, customer service was so slow. Me and my mom were waiting there for quite some time until finally someone came to assist us. Food– We decided to try their new enchilada. Everything was going good until I found a piece of ****ALUMINUM**** under the enchilada! Now I don’t even know if I ate more than what I saw. Drink– The ice coffee was not good at all. Well I should of know since it’s a fast food coffee but still this was from a bottle they had, I believe it wasn’t fresh at all. Now my stomach is hurting great!

WHYISEVERYTHINGSTALEHERE?! My husband and I ordered the double western cheeseburger, barbacoa burrito, jalapeño poppers and fries. My husband’s burger was drier than the Mojave Desert! My jalapeño poppers were super stale and so were his fries! The jalapeño poppers are definitely better at Jack In The Box. My burrito was okay but oddly soggy. The only reason why we’re not rating this place 1 star is because the manager was really nice and insistent on replacing my husband’s burger. When it came out, we could tell it was made fresh this time around.

I order the mile high burger and was charged more vs the menu price. that had me thinking of them as 2 star restaurant but when teasted the soda I knew the mix was off. I dumped it and tried 2 others and settled for water. not cool; I should of went to 5 guys for what I paid!

Came here on a Monday afternoon and was surprised that it wasn’t more crowded. But that’s better for me as it gave me plenty of seating options and a quite place to enjoy my western bacon burger. Staff was knowledgeable and quick. No mistakes on my order and the food came out promptly. Honestly, no real complaints for this Carl’s location.

I usually get a Famous Star, which is a safe bet. I like their zucchinis. Ive never been inside only the drive thru several times. I felt like my zuchinnis were a bit soggy when I ate them as well as my fries. I went around 7pm or so and it seemed like the food wasn’t that fresh or had just been sitting there. if I go again out of convenience or if you do id recommend making sure you tell them to make your food HOT as in fresh off the grill. Wish I drove to Wendy’s in Lakewood(South St.) instead

9 out of 10 times when I come here they cannot make me a shake or malt, and every time they make me pull to the front of the building to wait for my food when there’s nobody else in line and then the food comes soon after, this place is more of a hassle than anything. Oh and if you get the chick with the red lipstick at the window, she is just awful

Every time I go there, which is quite often, I get really good service. They send coupons in the mail frequently which makes their prices better and gives you an opportunity to taste test different things. The Six Dollar Burgers are worth the price unlike alot of other restaurants. What I like about this location is that they never hesitate to give you extra sauces(ketchup, pico de gallo, ranch, bbq). Most places charge you for anything extra. The fact that they give these extra without charging you makes me go back. By the way, their barbeque sauce is the best I’ve ever tasted from a fast food restaurant. It has a homemade flavor and is not pre packaged. Also, in alot of fast food restaurants, you always happen to run into an employee that is not very pleasant; but at this location, every employee has been very pleasant.

Always crave Carl’s June Bug… Burgers — yum Prices — good Service — quick At this location, they tend to be greedy with ketchup however. Always check your bag if you get something you expect to receive ketchup with, even if you ask for ketchup, check your bag ! ! ! My favorites — spicy chicken sandwich, big carl, teriyaki burger, western bacon cheeseburger, famous star, crispy chicken sandwich, jalapeño burger and the chili cheese fries… Down with Mc Crapples ! ! !
