I used to love Carl’s Jr. when they first opened up in California(it was the 70s, maybe I didn’t know edible food). I don’t have high expectations from fast food establishments, but this was bad. Today’s experience at this location completed the 3-strikes-and-you’re-out rule. Our burgers were old and cold, the cheese was dried out and unmelted, the meat tasted a bit funny, and the bread broke apart(like it does when it’s been frozen). Just a really bad experience. :-(

This establishment is the worst ever. We waited 30 minutes total to just get our food through the drive thru. This place has no clue what their doing. I might as well just ate at a restaurant waiting this long. Horrible service. Update 10minutes later: The fired zucchini I ordered wasn’t even cooked all the way almost all the pieces had raw flour coated on them. The fries were old. Absolutely disappointed I waited this long for food that tastes disgusting. Never coming back here.

Fastest, friendliest service I’ve gotten at a fast food joint in ages. The front person(Mary) was super friendly and quick to offer a smile. The shift lead helped out with a question, but was quick and courteous. Overall, great experience.

Slow, incompetent staff providing absolutely bare minimum of effort. Wrong orders, bad food, cold food, just no thanks. Haven’t come back in a long time, never will again.

I love Carl’s Jr. Their Teriyaki Burger with Pineapple is a quick fix for Banzai Burger when you can’t make it to Red Robin; and I adored the round shaped grilled sourdough bun on any of the patty melt sandwiches. I’ve recently tried breakfast here, with a BOGO coupon for the new Mile High Bacon, Egg, and Cheese biscuit. It really isn’t for the faint of heart but if you love bacon, this is your sandwich! I remember in comparison, how the Taco Bell Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Taco Biscuit sounds similar, but only in name. For a buck more, Carl’s Jr’s is so much more substantial and with REAL ingredients! The staff is always friendly too. I asked for a container with a lid for my leftover sandwich instead of a sack and they gave me a good size bowl, very happy! I also like their number system — just wait for your food to be brought out instead of standing in line!

This place has really gone down hill. While the service was good and I did not see any staff members standing around, it was very dirty in here today. The floors looked like they had not been moped all day. The soda fountain was dirty with trash and splattered soda. We could not find 1 table that was clean and had to do it ourselves. I also watched other patrons doing the same thing. The bathrooms were smelly and dirty. I think one more staff member could have made the difference be my designated to clean while the others served food. Or better management of the staff you have and keeping the dining area up to standards. Not sure I’ll be back to this location.

Popped in at 10:38 a.m. loving the look of their chorizo, egg and cheese biscuit advertised on the store window and they wouldn’t sell me one because they«stop serving breakfast at 10:30.» I think they could have let me slide, but I didn’t push it and ordered some fried zucchini instead. Those little fried slices were piping hot and hard to bite, but not too bad. It was the aftermath of the breading sloshing around in my stomach that made me regret my visit. And this is why you shouldn’t order fast food before 11 a.m.

Seriously, why am I even bothering with a fast food review? I tried Carl’s Jr only because they have Mexican food options. First time, crazy lady in front causing so much drama, fighting with the cashier, driving off in a huff. Apparently the patron is a regular and constantly causing drama. The wait in the drive-thru was crazy long because of her. Second time, completely got my order wrong. I threw my burger in the trash and just ate fries. Third time, got my order right but didn’t give me the condiments that I asked for. This place needs to improve! Likely never going back.

Great place as long as they remember your order. The speaker at the drive through is quite quiet. The food is consistent like most fast food places. Quality is kind of a step up over the usual McDonalds and Wendys. Still secretly hoping for the Chick-Fil-A to open up in the neighborhood.

I dont normally rate fast food, but this pace is sooooo slooooow it doesn’t fit the genre! Even when there s no line waiit tne mintues or more ot get my food. Pluses for their turkey jalapeño burger to which I am now firmly addicted. And at 410 calories, that’s OK!

They have now teamed up with the Green Burrito. It’s nice to have different and new things on the menu to choose from. It’s almost overwhelming, though. I wanted to give kudos to the drive-thru order taker who mentioned there are onions in their guacamole after I mentioned I didn’t want onions in my burrito. It’s nice to interact with someone who knows their product. Just don’t forget the straw next time!
