They looked up my old order from 15 years earlier, found matching blinds quickly at a reasonable price, and got me out of the store in a jiff, onto my next sheeting. The blinds were ready in 2 days as promised with communication on the status of my order via email. Easy peasy!

It was one of the best shopping experiences we have had. Ms. Pamela Ching assisted us. She is extremely knowledgeable and very professional and attentive. The blinds were produced in a couple of days and are beautiful and high quality. We will get all our window dressings at Blinds to Go. Pamela is an excellent sales associate which seems to be a rarity today. The big box stores are a horror to shop at!
