I’m a little disappointed with this company the 2^nd time around. My husband called them to set up an appointment to come and fix the tire on my bike and they called the next day at 5pm and said they could be at my house at 8:45pm. Unfortunately that time didn’t work out for us so we questioned about an earlier time next week and we were told that the job we wanted done was so small they recommended us to take the tire off ourselves and go to a bike shop to have the work done.
Really??? The job wasn’t to small for you to do it tonight!
They did a great job on the original tune-up of both our bikes but I would not recommend them for something simple!

I was concerned how I was going to get all of our bikes repaired at the shop and dealing with the rude mechanics I have dealt with in the pass. This is why Bike House Call is a brilliant business. Ben contacted me right away to set up an appointment and since it was early in the season they came right away. Being a novice bike person I assumed they all needed major tune-ups, but it turned out we only needed one major tune-up and the others just needed tweaking. I also told him that he didn’t need to do two of the kids bikes, but he felt for safety reasons they should be done even if no one was using them. A few days after Ben left, I knocked over my bike with the car and before he came out he talked it over what could be wrong over the phone and fixed it free of charge. This company is a class act!
