Really good coaching. Great explanation of the WOD and positivity from the crew. Not a huge box but all the right components. Recommend.

I originally bought my husband a 30 day unlimited package, not sure if I was going to join, but decided to give it a try. Now I’m in my third month and absolutely love it at all pro crossfit! Kathy and Mark are the owners and are awesome! They have helped me through the challenging workouts, keep me motavated, and are fun spirited! All the trainers are really nice, positive, and very encourageing, and care as much as Kathy and Mark. I always have a great experience during my work outs, the people I have met are very positive, encouraging, and very friendly. I highly recommend All Pr Crossfit! You can’t go wrong at a gym that makes you feel comfortable, is very personable, fun, and knowing you will get a kick-​ass work out:)

Best gym of any kind I’ve ever been to. The coaches’ first priority is to keep you from getting hurt which is really refreshing with the intensity of a typical Crossfit workout. The community is amazing, pricing is reasonable and the equipment is top notch. Love it!

Awesome place! My first time there, and first time CrossFitting, Mark the owner was helpful and friendly! He also gave me the best workout I’ve had in years! I will definitely be back this week and regularly!

I had a free massage as a gift with Tiffany, All Pro Health Center’s masseuse. I had heard rave reviews from family and girlfriend.
She knows exactly what she is doing. She find the spots you didn’t know were there and though painful, soothes your muscles and makes you feel healthier. She found a hormone spot in my foot, a knot in my neck that made other muscles spasm, and stretched my hip so that I was supposed to gain ¼ inch in my legs.
She really knows her stuff. And she’s pleasant, works with you, she would’ve extended my gift certificate by a day and was still nice though we played phone tag for 5 days for an appointment.
She went 10 minutes over without asking. Conversation was pleasant, and when there wasn’t conversation it was genial. Yes, there will be some painful times, but it’s for the better of your body and you just need to breathe through it.
The only downside is that she’s in the same spot as a rehab place blasting tunes that will pump you up, and people outside might be in pain, so the pleasant flute and falling water sounds may not dominate your experience.
In the end, she only charges $ 50 for an hour. Seriously. I told her she could charge $ 75 and she said «With the economy, I don’t want to.», and «I do this to help people.»
and her gift cards are $ 45 – you save money by giving a gift, she’s incredibly cheap and probably the best in the area that I’ve had.
