My family and I were supposed to move to Florida in July. So I applied and enrolled my daughter into the program and paid the hold fee. Well due to my husbands job we are no longer able to move to Florida. I called and explained my situation and the owner was very rude, and treated me and my husband like an idiot over the phone. She first claimed I signed a piece of paper stating the fee was non refundable, not true I only sent in her VPK registration, and paid over the phone. She claimed she verbally told me over the phone it was non-refundable, again not true she never brought that up. We have made a formal complaint with corporate even though the owner and director claimed they can’t be touched by corporate. Well obviously corporate has some say if you had to call us back. Very very disappointed in this establishment. If I would have known that’s how they treat people I would have never enrolled my daughter.
