AJ has helped many of my clients AND done my personal loan. He has bailed out clients who were two months late to close, due to a big bank not approving their loan, and AJ stepped in and saved the day. If I have questions he is quick to answer back and always is thinking about ways to save my clients money.
You just cannot find a harder working lender. 5+stars, in my opinion.

I am a local realtor who refers several of my clients to AJ and his amazing team. I know that he will take care of my clients and will get things done fast and efficiently. His entire team is a «well oiled machine» and they don’t leave their customers in the dark. They communicate throughout the entire process and each team member from Kassalin, to Jairo, to Karen are all knowledgeable and pour themselves into every loan.
As for my personal experience with AJ and his team, I thought if he’s working all this magic with my clients, I am sure I can get a better rate and refinance my home. He got my husband and I more than we expected and closed in less than 25 days.

I was referred to AJ by a friend and he was able to make our home buying experience wonderful! He really took the time to explain the rate and fees which was really important to my wife and I. Had heard horror stories of not closing on time but we were able to get in on time and under budget! I will definitely refer AJ to a friend for a home loan or refinance.

My wife and I were transferred to the Austin area. We didn’t know whether we would buy or build. AJ was referred to us by our real estate agent. We must have contacted AJ 100’s of times going back & forth with the possibility of buying & then weighing our options for building. He was always available and explained the loan options in terms we could understand.
We ultimately decided to build. He explained the construction loan process and was even there at closing. Once our home is completed we must refinance. These are terms of the construction loan and we will be discussing the refinance with AJ.
We would definitely recommend AJ if you are looking to buy or build your home. You won’t be disappointed.

I’m not going to be canned about this review. AJ is awesome. It comes down to the fact that I will be able to retire ealry because his creative financing will save me 143K over the life of my mortgage! No one can beat that.
