In the 5 years that I’ve been going to this location, I have had exceptional service. Claudette the manager is a walking encyclopedia of fabrics and the care of them. Some of my garments are very expensive and I know she knows what needs to be done or cannot be done. Elfie, Mary, and Michael all raise the bar on customer service. They are professional and caring. When I broke my hip in a car accident, they went above and beyond to accommodate me making sure I had what I needed to wear when I was unable to do much for myself. My garments come back clean, well pressed, and looking great. It is rare that anything needs redoing. This is one of the best cleaners I’ve used over the years.

I try really hard not to buy «dry clean only» items. I hate ironing and having to constantly freak out if there’s a stain on a shirt that costs more than my life. Soooo. only funerals and weddings force me to break out the big guns. In this particular instance the wedding card was played.
The ladies here are super sweet and chatty. I was amused by the dry cleaning gossip that was shared. They did a great job, the first shipment was about an hour late for my pickup time. Eh, stuff happens and they are near by so I wasn’t entirely inconvenienced. Prices seemed reasonable granted I am not a dry cleaning pro. All I know is that they got the job done and my stuff looked beautifully clean.
Reid’s cleaners will definitely have my future business.

Reid’s is the gold standard when it comes to both quality and customer service. Elfie, in particular, is simply terrific: she knows my name, is always incredibly helpful and kind. Love her… she’s one of the reasons for my loyalty!!!
